I recently visited Le Jardin Caribbean Cafe and had the fried goat with black rice, and let me tell you — it was amazing. The flavors were on point, well-seasoned, and tasted like real home-style Caribbean cooking. The black rice paired perfectly with the goat and was cooked just right.
One small suggestion: don’t fry the goat too hard — when it’s tender with a little crisp, that’s when it really shines. Still very good overall.
The pikliz was also really good — fresh, tangy, and it added the perfect bite to the meal.
If you’re looking for authentic Haitian food with real flavor, Le Jardin Caribbean Cafe is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back for sure.

I got Tassot Turkey and it was fine but the rice was overcooked sadly. The pikliz is flavorful for sure. The fried turkey was only good fresh. It was fried too hard so if you take it home you won’t even want it anymore

The food came out pretty quick. I’ve had their food before and it’s usually good. Today I had Ragout pied bouef with mayi moulin ( cow foot) not many restaurants make this I see. It was ok. I needed some onions/peppers

My griot complete was delicious! Plenty of flavor, fresh and hot. The pikliz are nice and spicy just the way I like them. This was my first time here and I’ll be back for sure.

This restaurant is giving a bad name to all other Haitian restaurants. Have you ever been to a restaurant and were forced to forfeit your money and the food because it is so bad? Well this one is superlatively degulasse. My sisters just frequented this place and purchased griot, turkey, and other meal. The griot had a bad smell that could not be identified. Except as something that must be thrown away. The turkey also was so bad that it was thrown away. Moreover, the orders asked for “du-riz collé”. But the food came out with a rice that looks like “du-riz djon-djon” with peas or something like that. Well the entire order of 3 meals were thrown out right there at the restaurant in front of the owners of workers. The food deserves less than a ZERO star. I wish I could post without giving that 1 star.

TERRIBLE customer service! They made my food wrong. I didn’t realize until I got home then told me to go back home so they can SEE that they gave me the wrong food. It was a huge inconvenience for something that could be easily fixed. I had been a customer for 3 years. I will never come back. The lady was rude and rolling her eyes because of her mistake. Also the lady was eating at the front desk no mask during a pandemic. I will be calling health department on this unprofessional establishment!

The lady at the front register was talking in the phone the whole time. All I wanted was plantains and a Large Rice, but she looked me dead in the eye and kept with her conversation. I will not be trying my luck again

Small takeout restaurant. There is sitting, but it will be cramped.
I ordered the tasso din (fried turkey) & soursop juice ($20).
Nicely done. Crispy chunks of turkey in a savory sauce with a side of rice and plantains.
Delicious
