Had to wait 10 minutes to order in the restaurant then another 15 for our food which our order was Incorrect. My husband went up to get the bacon and cheese he paid for on his sandwich and then she disappeared with the sandwich another 10 minutes. Service is slow and the restaurant was not busy. No urgency by the employees, even when they got the one order in the kitchen from the dining room incorrect. Don’t expect it to be fast food. It’s definitely not a quick stop.
I also want to add you may want to take the promotional signs off the door for the $5 two wraps. I tried to order that and was told there is no such thing and they don’t do wraps yet there is a huge sign on the building window and a sign next to the register I ordered at.

Drive-through personnel was fast, food was hot, and I received all items to help me eat my meal. I received enough utensils for my order, a perfect amount of napkins, and sauce to help me eat my wings and enjoy my biscuit. Popeyes at 10 out of 10 will be back soon!!!

This has been consistently the worst Popeyes I have ever visited and trust me I have been all over. Frankly I would rather go all the way to Fayetteville than to eat here. New management and new cooks are needed here!!

I was able to walk right in and place my order without anyone in front of me. I thought i would be in and out in a few minutes . Unfortunately I waited approx 30+mins, which was very frustrating. I got home to find that 1 chicken leg wasn’t cooked thoroughly. This was my second visit, because my first visit I had the same problem, uncooked chicken. But, I decided to give them another chance, regretfully, No more chances. On top of all that the tea was less than 1/4 tea & 3/4 water. So basically it tasted like water. Undrinkable.

Hey. Now that was some good chicken. Juicy and Tender just like me. Go get you some Breast’s. Legs. Thighs and Wings. Now look get you some good buttery biscuits and possibly some mashed potatoes and gravy.. Eating good is alright with me. I didn’t say go to extreme.. I love yall… Atomic Style

Order thru mobile app a 10 piece special that was supposed to be legs, thighs, wings, and breasts and to my surprise they gave me 7 or 8 legs and 1 thigh and a wing. Biscuits was just put in the box with the chicken instead of being put in their own individual box. Had to wait almost an hr and 15 mins if not longer. Quickly contacted them on the app, and they gave me a full refund. The cashier could have at least asked if I would like to wait for other chicken instead of just giving me all those legs
