UPDATE: Even better!! New loaded Fries and burgers! OMG get here and try this place. This place is an absolute must go when you come to COTA! Super friendly owner and staff. Food is excellent, you can tell love and attention goes into what their making. Breakfast Croissants are super fresh, ham is smoked to perfection, and then there are his lunch and dinner foods. Brisket is top notch and rivals that of the other local big guys. Try his Jalepeno cheddar Sausage. Its juicy, and great flavor.

Came all the way from denver for this!! Just kidding but definitely worth a trip no matter where your coming from. Stopped in after leaving the airport, got some nachos with brisket… I thought I made some good brisket but man this is seriously some good stuff… the guy who runs it is amazing, had a 20 minute conversation with him about smoking meats and other random stuff.. Ive been missing me some texas hospitality. Dont miss out on this place. Nothing in denver or anywhere else can compare to the flavor and service.

I came to the store next to this place and noticed this food truck. I looked it up and noticed they have brisket nachos and let me tell you, this dish is amazing. I spoke with the guy who took my order and he preferred I get these nachos. So me and my girlfriend tried it and we did not regret it. Thank you.
