The Ross team did a fabulous job catering a Client event this week for our small business. From planning to execution the process was flawless. I’m not a customer that comes often. Once I left the house and did have cash or a CC. They allowed me to take my order and come back later. Most places wouldn’t dare to let me leave with any items. The customer service is supper tentative.

This establishment is hard to overlook, with a very beautiful interior, but the cuisine leaves much to be desired. The food is quite mediocre, and the prices are on par with a good restaurant. I ordered a dish for €24, and they brought me what seemed like a frozen meal from a supermarket, which they simply reheated. In a word, there’s no culinary excellence in this place.
However, if you’re looking for a nice atmosphere to enjoy some coffee, then this establishment is suitable.

Ian got back to me we spoke for a few minutes on the phone about what I needed and wanted. Not only did they come through for me short notice, but all the muffins, croissants and breads are AMAZING. I will use them again and refer them.

I absolutely love Ross Bakery! Their Strawberry Explosion Iced Tea and chocolate milk are both incredibly refreshing and flavorful—definitely a must-try. The ham and Swiss croissants, quiche, and sandwiches are all top-notch—fresh, delicious, and satisfying every time. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot to relax, and the bakery is located in a really nice plaza with a pleasant vibe.

The best in town! Awesome coffee, lattes, fresh baked organic bread, AND….. using real cups! While every other cafe is stuck in the COVID post apocalyptic world, it’s nice to see a leader! Good job helping save those landfills! Not to mention, paper cups are lined with chemicals anyway, I’d rather catch COVID than cancer.
