I ordered two burgers and tater tots as a to-go order; which came to $63. As we where waiting for our food, I went to sit down and was told I can’t sit and eat my food because I originally ordered it as a to-go order NOT a dine-in order. !! Rude host and manager. Host AND Manager both said, ” if you don’t like our policy, you can cancel the order if you want..! So i accepted a refund and Will not return. The hostess, explained that the reason we could not sit was that if we sat ourselves then we would not tip them. This was at the Las Vegas Airport location at approximately 5:20 pm Sat December 20, 2025.

I went on the 29th of September at 2 pm no one was in restaurant but me and my husband we ordered our food and drinks got our drinks then 2 more tables came in they ordered after us which was about 15-20 minutes later and they got their food before us. My husband got very upset with this and we left paid for our drinks which were very good but due to not getting our food after being there for almost an hour we left still hungry. We will not return ever again.

We ordered to go and my wife picked it up. So, I can only speak for the food which was quite delicious. She did however say that the employees were very courteous and helpful. She also told me that it seemed like everyone in the back had to come out to see her. Which she based on the belief that none of them could believe that a Caucasian had ordered lengua, and actually knew what it was. So, since I’m the one who actually ordered it…I got the blame for her being someone that everyone had to see to believe! Lmao

It was OK. Not a fan of lettuce in a burrito, side portions were rather small, or my plate was to big. Music was very loud.

Be careful of this place, they always charge you extra of what the menu prices are. I went there two times and they don’t give you a receipt unless you ask, I went to pick up some food I ordered and they charged 7% tip plus they charged 3 dollars of what food cost. I asked another cashier and she gave me a different price, I believe they stealing the customers, becarefull food is good but not if they stealing.

Walked in to order some food to go. The girl which was the waitress was just sitting on her phone until we asked if we could order. No not only did she not apologize it took way to long for 2 tacos. All the workers just looked out direction as we were sitting there for 20 mins. Finally the cook told the waitress. Horrible! Do not recommend! Awful customer service
