I used to love La Rosas. So, when visiting the area yesterday I decided to order dinner from them. Ordering online was easy. I ordered Lasagna, salad, breadsticks and a brownie. The portions were large.The salad and brownie were very good. The lasagna looked and tasted like a soup. The breadsticks were odd. This is the first time trying the Lasagna so I don’t know if this was normal. I wasn’t able to eat the Lasagna. It was a disappointment.

I mostly get delivery, sometimes get pickup. My pizzas are always sloppily prepared (uneven toppings, burned, etc). Delivery time is about average, 30-40 minutes, even though I live less than a mile away. The only reason I ever order from here is if I’m craving some Larosa’s-specific item… otherwise it’s not worth the hassle.
Photo #1 is what they delivered to me (skinny veggie wheat pizza with light spinach and light tomatoes). I drove there and they were nice about it and remade it. They offered me a free drink for my trouble. Photo #2 is the remake. He returned my money… good customer service but I will let the pics speak for themselves.

I WASTED MY MONEY SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO!! While in Cincinnati I am always excited to try some local flavors. Chilies, soups, and hot drinks always makes for a nice splash in the winter snow, so I landed on Mariemont’s LaRosa’s Pizza Baked Onion Soup. Rave reviews for the Hyde Park Location, but friends and company where near and ordering the downtown Mariemont area…. Nevertheless , I highly recommend the area around this place. (Sidebar: Movie theater, Starbucks, pet and human grooming, art galleries and so much more!! This restaurant is out of place! The people inside are nice, it’s the food. Apparently the original family changed and sold the recipes or something don’t quote me on that; it’s just local chatter.)
The Baked Onion Soup at this location is a 2/10. It’s more like an onion gravy with a soggy slice of bread and a melted, not baked glob of cheese. The pack of crackers where old and stale. I had no choice other than properly dispose of this item. Luckily, there is a Panera Bread close in proximity. The lovely team there blessed me with an eatable bowl of amazing French Onion Soup; like your Grams use to make, with so much joy and comfort in each bite. Save you money an go straight to Panera or make the trip to Hyde Park.

We’re from out of town and spent the whole day at Kings Island with two kids and a baby. By the time we left, everyone was melting down and hangry, and I was desperate to find somewhere fast to feed them. Every place I checked online had a 40-minute wait – except for this place. Their app said our food would be ready in 15 minutes, but it was done in less than 5. You all seriously saved my life tonight. Not to mention, the pepperoni pizza and wings were absolutely delicious. Thank you for being so quick and making our chaotic evening end on a good note. Highly recommend!

This Larosas is absolutely fantastic. They are so well run, super friendly, food has always been great and the service is perfect.
I’ve ordered about 4x in the last 6 months or so. It’s right near my house so I always get take-out. The guy working the front desk is awesome, always reads back your order and makes sure they got it all correct. One time my food took awhile, because they messed up cooking it. The manager came out apologized and offered me a discount, immediately taking care of any potential issue. Couldn’t recommend this location enough, I don’t think I’ve seen a pizza place or fast food place run better in my entire life!

Mariemont LaRosa’s is by far the worst LaRosa’s I’ve gotten pizza from. It’s almost always wrong or the pizza looks messed up. Cheese is only in the middle of the pizza and it was not supposed to have sausage.

Called on my way (10 mins in a snow storm) and arrived to piping hot, fredh out of the oven pizza. Was almost as if they knew I would order before making the call. Cool little pizzaria in Mariemont that adds to the towns asthetic. Beautiful snowfall only increased the appeal. Pizza was cooked to perfection and PLENTY of bacon to satisfy the carnivores in the house.
