My pictures tell it all. I got the Shaq-a-roni.(added jalapeños) Supposed to be LOADED with pepperoni. Most slices only had 2 on each, a couple with 3. Please hang the picture you post online up over the prep. area!

Shout out to the Great Bridge location. The manager, Mick, made a price correction on my order without hesitation. The place was so busy after Thanksgiving so I told Mick that I would return on another day to square up. He stepped away from the prep line to take care of my discrepancy.

My boyfriend & I thought we’d try something other than our usual Dominoes pizza. We ordered from this Papa John’s 3 times within a month and were disappointed every time. And this 3rd time, really did it. The 1st time, we ordered the veggie mozzarella pizza with added jalapeños. Got delivered to the house & NO JALAPEÑOS. The 2nd time we paid for the zesty sauce but was given classic marinara instead. But this last time was the worst. First, THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT THE PIZZA!!!! They also failed to add a pepperoncini as well as a garlic sauce which is included (it even says that on the side of the pizza box)…and my bf got bbq boneless wings but the bbq was severely lacking & looked no where close to what was advertised online….we paid $40 for what??? Y’all. Save your money & go to another Papa John’s because this one ain’t it.

Doritos papadia. was NOT a flat bread as advertised. Was a hand tossed pizza dough W/CRUST on it. There was absolutely NO DRY DORITOS SEASONING/ RUB on the outside of my hand tossed pizza dough. The only saving grace was the dipping sauce. This was not at all what I was expecting from the commercials.

The Service Representative Cashier Type was outstanding and his customer service was spot on. I have been to alot of papa John’s before but it was just your typical transaction type of service. Today I felt like I was apart of the team and left with a team connection. I highly recommend this delicious concoction of a high quality service food venue to others. Everyone on this shift at the day of 20Sep25 time 1227 deserves a raise.

I agree! Going downhill and management seems to not care. Pizzas getting more sloppy, even during slow time of day.

My husband’s order and my order were both incorrect. My husband was supposed to have a chicken, pineapple, 3 cheese,and peppers papadia. I was supposed to have the chicken buffalo papadia with Parmesan crust. He got chicken and onion, I got regular sauce with chicken and pineapple no Parmesan crust. I don’t mind spending the money on stuff if it’s at least correct. It’s already expensive enough plus the price of Uber.

Saw the epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza on tv.. mind you there’s 20 better pizza places around here, but it looked good. So i get it, it’s cheese only with 1 piece of pepperoni. The manager said it’s too bad, you ordered cheese on the app even though i wanted the epic pepperoni and clicked it.. so now i got a cheese pizza with 1 piece of pepperoni. I will never buy papa John’s again. Try someplace else…

I don’t know why they have such a ‘bad’ reviews. Nearly a year (oct is 1 yr in the area) of ordering from PJ on S battlefield has shown up on time (super quick) but also correctly ordered. I always tip 20 +%. I order online w/ no worries. Thank you PJ for supplying dinner for us when I’m too lazy to do it. LOL!
