An employee named Jay was very rude when I was ordering my drink today. They laughed at me when I walked into the store and was very short, abrupt, and rude when taking my order, saying “what do you want” and scoffing when I said my name. I had a jacket on that had Christian themes, but I did not treat them any differently than any other employee I had interacted with. They were complaining into the microphone (whether it was about me or the drink I ordered is uncertain). I understand frustration with difficult orders, but doing it in front of the customer is egregious. (It was not a difficult order. It was a mocha.)

Love this Starbucks! It’s the only place I feel safe taking my son, who has a severe nut allergy. They’re super careful and always use a freshly sanitized pitcher for his dairy-free hot chocolate. It means so much to us. The staff are awesome and it’s a great spot for me to get work done. Only after going there a few times the barista memorized our orders. Can’t say enough good things!

I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel. I don’t taste even a hint of caramel and it comes with 5 pumps of vanilla? Don’t taste either. There was a small clump of caramel at the bottom and even after mixing that into the drink myself with my straw it taste like black coffee with some milk in it. I’ve had a year of experience working in a coffee shop and this is seriously what happens everytime I come to this starbucks.

Stop cheating customers and fill the cups. Asked for light foam and got a drink that was an 1.5” from top. What a wast of money. Confirms why I get Mocha Monkey coffee.
Update – My husband pick me up coffee today – and it reconfirmed why I avoid this Starbucks (and many others). Only got 75% of my drink, but had to pay for 100% of it. Picture of the drink when I got it – no sips yet ♀️ Anyone working there should of picked that up and thought to themselves “this feels very light for a latte” and fixed it.

My daughter and a friend were walking today in some extreme heat. My daughter started feeling sick and they were walking by starbucks, so they went in and asked for a cup of water. The girl working refused water unless they bought something. They didn’t have money so they walked to a nearby competitor – who gave them a cup of water. Extremely disappointing service.
