1st time here! Had to try and few staples I enjoy. Biscuits & Gravy & Cornbeef Hash (homemade) Gravy was different and good. It had what I can only think was small dough balls from biscuit batter but I never asked. Wasn’t rhe best Gravy but was good. It gave me some ideas for maybe future breakfast at home. The homemade cornbread & hash was wonderful!! With onions and peppers oh my!!!

The Piper omelette and pancakes were delicious! The staff were so nice, quick, and attentive. We got a table right away. They have a huge menu with lots of great options. And you get a front row seat to watch small airplanes come and go. We had a great experience!

A hidden gem. Breakfast was over the top, huge portions, and every bit was delectable. We were fortunate enough to sit by the airstrip. Truly nostalgic and fantastic food and service, can’t go wrong. Loved every moment.

Listen I’ve been black 33 years an I’ve never had better breakfast in my life. The food was so great we had to make sure we went back before leaving town. I don’t know how they make EVERYTHING even the orange juice so good but they do. We had peach cobbler French toast, maple bacon French toast and the chicken fried steak. They’re truly great at what they do and couldn’t have been more friendly. We’ll be coming back every chance we get. Tell the cooks if they ever want to move to Boise let them know we have a spot for them

Such a great breakfast spot! The banana foster pancakes were yummy! Also enjoyed the country fried steak w/gravy and the egg Florentine with hash browns. Service is friendly and very quick! Love it here

Just had the pleasure of dining in at starduster for the first time. Even on a busy Saturday morning coming in as a party of 1 (with work clothes and dirty boots) I was greeted and seated with no hesitation and with a happy attitude. Service was outstanding, with delicious coffee never reaching the bottom of the cup before being refilled. The chicken fried steak was cooked to perfection and easily cut with a fork. Would highly recommend if looking to get a true diner experience with phenomenal service.

I was out working in Independence today and I found this little gem of a breakfast restaurant. I ordered the cinnamon roll pancake restaurant. It was super delicious . I was greeted right away and I felt very welcome here. They have reasonable prices and the server was always smiling and friendly. She provided some great service!
