We’ve ordered delivery from Green Garden dozens of times and have always enjoyed the food. A couple of nights ago we placed our usual order and found a cockroach at the bottom of our hot & sour soup. It was so disgusting that we weren’t able to eat anything else (how do you bite into an egg roll after that )
I gave it 2 stars because maybe it was a bad night, but I just can’t trust the cleanliness of the kitchen anymore. It’s a bummer because it was our go-to for delivery!

I had placed an order for delivery I waited 35 minutes for it to get here. When it arrived I placed the bag on the counter to open it and start serving the food when I was grabbing the food out of the bag I seen a fly on a the chicken that was hanging out of the To-go box I called the restaurant back immediately and told them and the man asked me were was the fly at and when I told him I’m the bag he said bring it back and I took it back and on the way outside my home he showed up and told me follow him to the restaurant as I go there I walked in I smelled a strong Odor of rat or spray like raid my stomach started going up and I placed the food on the counter and the lady at the front a older lady she said the fly didn’t come from her restaurant and she told me she could make me a new order and the cook came from the back and was telling me everything was clean come take a look and the front counter lady said no that’s rude don’t let her look but at this point I just wanted my money back so I asked her if she could give me my money back and she said you have to call online 3rd party and it took 24 hours to receive my money back!!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THIS PLACE IS UNSANITARY THE LADY AT THE FRONT COUNTER LOOKS LAZY AND THE COOK HAD BAD HYGIENE

Came to pick up my order and wanted to add steam rice that is not on menu. I knew I would pay there. The lady at counter is very rude. If u don’t order over $5 on card they won’t take must pay cash. The lady said u come to restaurant u must pay cash. Then she is calling her boss to tell them am putting bad view. I told her I would let everyone know. She needs better customer service and learn how to talk to people.

I ordered shrimp fried rice paid three dollars for extra shrimp. The shrimp was dry and brownish color. The extra shrimp was fresh air than the ones that was in the order originally. I’ve ordered that for years, but this was the worst service I’ve ever gotten and I won’t be going back. .

Came for Lunch, had the Pork with Garlic sauce. Food was excellent, friendly, fast service, quiet atmosphere. This was a lot of food for not much money! Would recommend and come back.

I rarely see a family run business anymore. When I do, I go! Unfortunately I am not in that area very much but if you are ever around Traders Village you should definitely give it a shot. The owner is very nice and his family are VERY attentive and kind. They have the best hot and sour soup I have had in decades!

I dined in for my lunch break. It was my first time here, and I will be returning. I got the lunch special, and the food portions were great. The flavor of everything was delicious. My server was so nice to me, she even bagged up my food. She was so sweet, definitely made my experience amazing!!!! 🙂

The customer service here is horrible. The person working on 12/30/25 at 4:54pm took my order and was very impatient, rude, and did not know how to enter the order properly. I explained that the total he was providing was different from the total for the same order just a few days ago. He told me “ If you don’t like it you can cancel the order.” I surely cancelled and won’t be eating at Green Garden again. How you treat your customers matters.

If there was a negative star option, I’d use it. I decided to try this place since it was close to where my daughter trains for volleyball. However, I’ll never visit this place again. This was my first visit and we decided to dine in. My daughter ordered the corn and chicken soup, but didn’t like it. The waiter was very understanding.
Unfortunately, the manager/owner I’m guessing was very rude. She came to ask us what was wrong. And I explained we didn’t like it. She proceeded to tell me we ordered and should be responsible because those are costs we have to eat. I was like excuse me ?!?!!! Then she said she would take it off the bill this one time, but next time we gotta pay if we don’t like. Let’s just say it definitely will NOT be a next time. Customer service is not what it used to be anymore. I would not recommend that this place to spend your hard earned money. Go elsewhere please!
