We ordered two pizzas from here, one stuffed crust pepperoni and one cheese stuffed pretzel crust. I went inside and read the items I wanted off the menu to make sure I ordered correctly. The lady who took my order seemed like she understood what I had told her. I paid and went outside to wait because she said it would be about 20 minutes. My husband went back in to pick up our order and when he got back to our vehicle he said that the lady behind the counter was arguing with him when he told her both pizzas were supposed to be stuffed crust and she said she was confused(?). He said he didn’t want to fight with her, so he just left. We checked our receipt, and we had only been charged for one stuffed crust pizza, which was the pepperoni one, so we just left it alone. The pizza tasted just fine. It just wasn’t what we ordered. Probably won’t go back to that location again.

This location does not know what an Extra Best is. I ordered online picked it up and before even leaving I checked the za. Nothing extra about this. I asked the clerk on duty to add more pep and they want to start an argument with me. Long story short, please train your people in customer service and how to make what is orders properly.

First time visiting New Mexico came across little Caesars since its the nearest by at my hotel let me tell ya something I’ve never had a pizza that wasn’t full cooked as you can see in the picture they just scattered hella pepperoni all together that the bottoms ones are uncooked also the bread was way to soft and white ash! Meaning this whole pizza wasn’t fully cooked. Something like this will make your stomach hurt. Y’all gotta do better or find another job!

I ordered on my way home. I arrived early, so I sat in my car until about 5 minutes before my pick up time. I went in, it wasn’t in the hot rack so I waited. When a worker came from the back I gave him my name. A few minutes later my food came out. I live less than a mile from the store, plus I have insulated delivery bags. When I got home and opened the box…the stuffed cheesy bread and crazy bread went into the toaster oven and the pizza in the oven. Not a single item was even warm infact it all felt like it was pulled out of a refrigerator. To top it off part of the pizza was folded over on itself.

Excellent customer service today! There was an error on my order, but the gentleman kindly fixed it with no issue and he was very nice! He did everything right in the customer service aspect and therefore I will be a returning customer! Anyone could make a mistake. It’s the way you handle it that matters! I also noted. They have really cleaned up the place, it looks very organized and everything is in its place!

I’ve always loved Little Caesars and this location is great! The employees are nice and the pizza was good, but also kind of “meh,” because the crust was very crunchy instead of soft and fluffy, but the delicious M&M brownies are amazing! Is this the best pizza restaurant chain in the world? No, but it’s a nice spot if you need something cheap and quick to pick up.

Little Caesar’s has delighted me with their new Pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, it’s much better than I anticipated! I often order via phone or through their app, and pick up at the store, every time they’ve pulled through with quality pizza! Every employee has been courteous and punctual when it comes to having the pizza ready in the time window they provide. Overall wonderful service and fantastic food!

I went very hungry because I wanted the best pizza here because they are all good and I was given a 3-meat pizza and I got the reheated pizza yesterday, it was all hard and sour, the pizza was charged on top of that, they charged me normally.
