Ordering from this location is a gamble. Food is usually fine, average Domino’s quality, but service ranges from decent to the worst I’ve ever had.
I’ve had a delivery driver scold me for not leaving a tip (Paid with card and was going to give them cash, but they didn’t even give me the chance to). I’ve also had trouble with them delivering to the incorrect apartment in my building. My building is somewhat confusing, so I understand, but more often than not, they’ll just leave it in front of the wrong door instead of calling and asking for help.
More recently, and the reason I’m inspired to write this review, they delivered my food to the dorm building next to my apartment building rather than my building. I checked, and my address was correct and included my apartment number (which, when I’ve called to tell them about their drivers delivering to the wrong apartment, they claim is not present. It is, I have not changed the saved address on my Domino’s account since I moved to my current apartment. and their other drivers have had no issue finding my unit.) So I’m baffled at how the driver managed to screw that one up. You’re a pizza delivery person in a college town, how do you manage not read an address correctly??
And trust me, I am the most lenient guy of all time when it comes to service workers. As long as you’re communicative, things work out in the end. But the drivers here are not communicative, and as seen above, frequently screw up. This location has been the progenitor of the worst food service experiences of my life. Some of the drivers are great, but others… see above.
At least the food is good. I’m a fatass, so I put up with all of this. sucks they got rid of the breadbowls tho. They also used to have a delivery driver who would play music so loud it would make my apartment shake and my ears hurt, but I think he’s gone now.
Moral of the story: order your food for pickup.

We have eaten at this location several times. Today was not good. Ordered the Philly steak pizza. Steak was beyond cooked, peppers and onions were minimal. Sauce was off, tasted old. Always had great pizza until today.

Very nice employees! HORRIBLE food!! I got home today from picking it up to find my loaded buffalo chicken was burnt to a crisp cheese bread and pizza dry. I wanted to give benefit pf doubt so me and my family tried it and threw it away. Not worth the nearly 50 dollars I spent. Shoutout to dominos for ruining the one day I dont have to cook and get taleout.

I have always enjoyed Dominos. My favorite part is that they have hired a very diverse crew of people. Tyler E, the delivery driver is amazing and is always very pleasant and sweet. He is a joy talk to and always the sweetest kid ever!!!

Got a massive attitude just for asking a question. when explaining that there was not a way to edit an item I called the store to see if they could leave this item out (allergic), I got snapped at for no reason and was told I can do it on the app (I couldn’t), normally I don’t have any issues, but the person handling phone calls today was extremely rude and non-accommodating

The kid running the front was SO sweet! The tall blonde one with stubble on his face. He was working with a very angry lady with a bunch of pins in her hat who was quick to yell at him and throw things because he asked for a register key. Very saddening. He was so kind and just happy to be there. Hope he gets better coworkers in the future

Ordered a gluten-free pizza for my daughter, however we got a regular pizza that she can’t eat that also didnt have all the toppings that were ordered & on thier slip at that. When I called to see what went wrong, I didn’t get much help & got the run around. Don’t waste your time or money on this sorry excuse of a domino’s. Hopefully they’ll get closed at some point for being so shitty.

I am so excited that Dominos has finally come closer to where we are scared my husband all excited when I seen it glowing in the dark, ssooo sad that I didn’t know they were there because in my lap sat a big box that I would not have gotten had I known hello sweet habanero sauce and fat juicy boneless wings Yupp I’m a true fat kid at heart and have been deprived for too long here are the 32 beautiful chicken pieces they executed so perfectly today once again WOOOHOO
