This dessert is a favorite. I wanted to enjoy it with my family; the Boston Kreme is our favorite. The order was for four Boston Kreme and two Double Chocolate. The mistake could be one donut, but four? That’s terrible! I don’t have time to drive to the store to exchange it. I hope you check the receipt for the next customer.

Im sorry but???? Why’s it missing 2 inches of drink?? And no, its not been “sitting out” for it to be that way, not even possible. I’ve paid 6-7$ (occasionally 8$ with mods) and each time it’s like they take more and more from each drink I order. It’s upsetting I rlly love dunkin matcha but are you serious? It’s like getting more air than product, like an airy bag of chips. Disappointing 🙁

We came by for the ice cream. It looked like it had been sitting for a while (old) and it didn’t taste fresh. Also, they didn’t have butter pecan. Just got the kids an ice cream which they had the Elf Creature Creation for $4.99 but then charge .99 for the ice cream !? Not worth the stop.

I only went to dunkin bc starbucks was closed. I order a Turtle Iced Signature Latte that I have previously ordered at a different location, what I received was an iced coffee with whipped cream. When I asked about the topping, the person at the window said “it’s just supposed to have Caramel sauce” WHICH IT DIDN’T!!!! I left with my whipped cream iced coffee and will not be back to this location!

Compared to the other location in Plant City, this location has higher prices for the same items, and WORSE service. Constantly forgetting items. I haven’t left a review for this location before but I can hear the person in front of me in line at the drive thru venting their frustration with the 2nd time they’ve messed up their order. It’s probably time for management to resign and work at a local dump, they wouldn’t have to deal with orders and would find their place handling garbage there instead of here. Also since their order was wrong the line got held up for a while now. It’s backed up all the way to the road.

Always good for a quick drive thru and get breakfast, however this is the most typical version of a dunkin there is. The drive thru is slower than average, but the drinks are very on par with what is expected.
