Was very excited that I got a chance to stop in during my trip out to the Silver Springs area. The owner’s behind the bar, and was very kind and friendly. It was like stepping into my home brewery while on the road. I tried the Anaconda Ale, which was fantastic and easy drinking; and took an anaconda ale and chameleon ale to-go (the chameleon was also fantastic). Did not get another chance to stop in while out here, but can’t wait to come back! Thank you for your hospitality!

What a great place for a fabulous beer and now he has excellent pizza! He has my favorite choice of a nitro stout and my second choice of a rye beer. Friendly atmosphere.

The hefeweizen was soured. Overheard the brewer (I’m assuming the owner as well) talking about how lazy he is while brewing and how he doesn’t always sanitize like he should.
