Unfortunately, the photos that you chose to use to advertise for your thanksgiving.Dinner did not compare at all to what we received.Our turkey felt like lunch meat, which was slimy and thin … Looks like lunch meet. The stuffing was a wet ball, nowhere near the picture of the big pan of fluffy stuffing that was advertised.The green beans were half the size of the ones we saw in the pictures and undercooked… We actually had to go out and get food and cook.And what a disappointment going from the pictures that were posted that were nothing like what we received.I have hesitated on reaching out.But for what we had to pay, we were very disappointed and could not eat three fourths of it.The gravy was good and the potatoes were okay… But to finally pick a year not to have to cook and have to go out and get food and cook anyway was a huge disappointment… That’s fine.If that’s the food that you serve, don’t show pictures of something else.That’s nothing like it.

I tried a couple of the online prepared meal services before finding The Fiery Chef, but there is just no comparison! This place makes a much higher quality meal and a more generous portion that doesn’t leave you feeling hungry, like you just ate a snack, and there’s no shipping costs! The structure of being able to choose between keto, paleo, classic, etc. without even changing the meal itself is simply genius and works perfect for me. If you are not convinced, stop in a grab a single meal out of the fridge to check it out. It’s not often you find convenient, nutritious, delicious, and economical all at the same place!

I have spent years looking for the best burger I can find. That’s not an idle comment. It matters where the meat comes from as well as what bun is used (there is a delicate balance between holding the sandwich in your hand and it falling apart from the flavorful juice that is in a great burger). Unfortunately tomatoes in FL just aren’t that tasty anymore but the chief has managed that with great sauces on a very flavorful burger. The pickles were great as well as the bacon. I could go on.
One of my top 5-10 best burgers of my life. That level of meal for a decent price (not low end but not high end either) is hard to find in Ocala. I highly recommend giving it a try. The wait staff can be a bit salty but it goes with the experience.

TFC catered my Thanksgiving dinner for 8. I picked up my order at TFC. The turkey was the absolute BEST turkey I have ever tasted and the French bread stuffing was outstanding. My 10 lb turkey also fed my party of 8 the next night; my guests chose leftovers to going out the next night. I am computer challenged, and Heather assisted me in ordering by phone. Staff is very helpful and eager to answer any questions. I shall definitely be ordering thanksgiving dinner again next year from TFC. Thank u for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with my family.

The Fiery Chef makes phenomenal meals! I’ve had their catered breakfasts (I don’t like eggs, but they make really good scrambled eggs), lunches, and some soup from their location. Their soup was a big hit with my family and gave my mom a break from cooking for a night.

Fiery Chef is one of the best places that I’ve stumbled upon for lunch. Their menu offers portion controlled and health conscious choices, which is an absolute plus for me. They have keto, Paleo and classic options for their meals. All the meals they offer are ready to eat (RTE) and come packaged in microwave ready containers.
They have meals on rotations so that you can enjoy different variety of meals. You can also buy weekly family dinners as well and they do deliveries.
I highly recommend this place and will continue supporting this local gem!

I was on a mission to purchase many meals on this day. Walking into their establishment a young man greeted me who was cordial. i first noticed a large pan on the counter full of food, looked like a chili. The pan was uncovered in the greeting area of the establishment. I asked to be informed about their menue, and what foods they prepared. While the person is explaining things to me I noticed a man in the open kitchen blowing his nose with kleenex. I stepped forward out of curiosity to see what he would do next. He threw the kleenex away, and went right back to preparation of the food. He DID NOT WASH his hands after his blowing his nose. The lady asked me “if there was something wrong”?
I said yes. He didn’t wash his hands! She then addressed him ” Chef, you didn’t wash your hands” he shrugged his shoulders went over to the sink and let the water run over his hands wiped them and went back to preparation of the food. I thanked her for the information she offered and left. I will never purchase anything from the Fiery Chef.

I recommend meals prepared by Fiery Chef! Always very good.
I highly recommend the family meals. We are an old married couple, do for me and my husband the family meals can last days, especially if you’re creative with the very excellent meat entrees. Awesome !!!!

I just had a wonderful, first time experience at The Fiery Chef! The moment I walked in the staff addressed me and asked if it was my first time and if I needed help. They have paleo and keto meals, salads, soups, entrees with sides, and desserts ready to go in the fridges in the back. They also have sauces and soups and canned food on the shelves at the front of the store. There are tables to sit in inside and a microwave to heat up your meal. I was so pleased with their customer service – Heather was SO nice and accommodating. Thank you Chef Felix and staff, I’ll be back!
