Companies that were once decent (like Taco Bell and Subway) have gone by the wayside. Subway has now devolved so low and the food and service are so bad it’s nearly uneatable. Sour employees and just terrible food. I think this was my last time going.. life is too short for garbage food. No more.

So the lady that just helped me didn’t speak enough english to take my order correctly. I mean at least learn the words of the items you are serving!!! I also couldn’t see what she was doing because of some huge metal hood in the way. I told her TWICE it was a BLT. Ended up with a BMT. This place garbage. Two foot longs was 40 bucks. Never going back here.

DO NOT COME HERE! The staff is mean, rude and will call the cops when you call them out for it. They called the cops on a woman with 2 KIDS because she asked for a water cup to share and instead of just apologizing or giving her KIDS a cheap paper cup which they had a huge stack of THEY CALLED THE COPS! After seeing this I came here and I can see MANY others have had difficulty with this current staff including finding HAIR in the food and them not caring! I will never be spending my money here again!! Disgusting.

It took awhile for someone to take my order even though there was no line which isn’t terrible in of itself. The thing that really got me is that the machine wasn’t scanning my app to get the points and the employee said there was nothing she could do. I’m debating the usefulness of a loyalty program that doesn’t even work consistently

I stopped here because I’m really in love with the sunflower bread they have advertise on their window so I go in to get my sandwich they don’t have the bread the lady I actually stated she doesn’t make that bread. But I’m like okay I still buy a sandwich and I need to use the restroom only come to find out they have no public restrooms. I just don’t like this spot and all. Sandwich was good though…

Normally good. But the staff seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. The sandwiches for the kids meals were tiny. No kids toy or activity. And they charged me extra for cookies and didn’t give us any additions to our meals

It has been a while since I’ve gone but it just seemed a lil gross the way the items were out & before when you got a sweet chicken teriyaki it came weighed out & in between 2 pieces of paper for a 6 inch & 4 for a foot long . Well when I went yesterday it was just in a container sitting out & they scooped & smeared this chicken already mixed with the sauce . Before they squeezed it on the chicken . It didn’t taste bad it was just different..
