Who ever the lady that answered the phone on Friday 10:00 November 21st is the most rudest person I’ve ever spoken to if she cannot work on the phone with people then she should be removed from that position her customer service skills are disgusting and hurts the business all I had asked was if they took card over the phone and to give me 2 seconds to take my card out my wallet and she didn’t have the patience for it when I asked for someone else to speak with she said no she needs to be retrained again with how to serve customers.

Friendly staff and delicious bacon egg & cheese sandwich! And it was DELICIOUS very clean place and there is tables and chairs if you so happen to want to stay & eat! first time visit as well ! Definitely will be coming back again during boces lunch break .thank you so much !

Super friendly crew! I’ve frequented this deli until today. I’ve gotten the occasional screw up with skin being left on avocado and things like that, which ain’t too big a deal, everyone’s human, but nobody wears masks in the place. That’s right, you anti-mask plague rats, it seems like Sawgrass is proudly a safe space for you. The workers wear masks, sure… below their faces. Maybe I’ll go back when this ain’t an issue, but until then, I don’t feel like having people mouth breath on me.

Awful. Told Bec salt and pepper. Waited more than 10 minutes. Guy called me up and said Bec salt pepper and ketchup. I said NO KETCHUP. The woman assured me that there was no ketchup. Sure enough there it is. Gross.

Just threw my Jason hero in the garbage. Used a few small hard chunks of very old chicken to make this. Not appreciated and you should be ashamed at passing such crap along to a paying customer. Done ordering lunch from this place. UPDATE: I did order again and today is uncooked burger day. Will probably wind up in the hospital later today.

I keep giving this place another chance because of its location however today I may finally be ready to give up on this abusive relationship. They cannot seem to get an order correct, even the most simplest of requests. Their egg sandwiches are mediocre are best and in todays edition of “screw this deli” I received a sandwich smothered in expired ranch dressing, it even smells off, how could you not notice such a thing?? My advice, search for a different deli.

we placed several orders and each time our sandwhiches were incorrect. the first time you replaced easily. 2 nd time i spoke with someone and was very rude and condescending. NOT professional. We will not place an order anymore.

Grilled chicken should have grill marks on it. This chicken was undercooked and Bacon as well . And the sandwich 14 bucks .
