Analicia and Alicia were wonderful!! Super kind and welcoming from the moment we got there.
We went right when they opened to try the tacos we had heard so much about!
Tacos were 10/10. I had the Al Pastor tacos with green salsa and they were delicious!
Everyone in the group loved what they got. Between us- we tried the beef and steak tacos too and nobody was disappointed!
Fun games like pool – darts – and big connect four. Cool decor and great vibe.

Shells was hard barely have any meat on my tacos look like the cook just rush to make them she wouldn’t make my food over even after a complaint customer suppose to always be right these tacos was for dinner a waste of $31.00 I’m beyond mad I had to come back and ask for my recipe oh I can’t get a refund back the bar person relayed a message stating that the manager said to call in the morning

The place serves bar food I had the street taco steak they were very good and very tasty I had to order second the proprietor bartender was excellent and good spirits. I wish there were more bars like this. Unfortunately it’s in a decent area go early take kids will be good because they serve food. Highly recommended

I have been to Gilly’s 3 times recently.
Excellent food. Great ambiance & friendly bartender & kitchen staff.
Pleasant crowd of folks each time.
The City of Davenport needed to plan better with their street repairs.
To close off the north lane of 3rd Street, right in front of Gilly’s on what was well known to be a very busy weekend is just classless on the City’s part.
But then the City’s lack of support for small, family owned businesses seems to be classless as well these days.
Very disappointed in the Davenport City Council right right now & in particular, the Alderwoman for the 3rd Ward (where Gilly’s is located). She should have advocated better for this family owned small business.

Our good old family neighborhood bar has been acquired by a wonderful family we had great service, control of the music,wonderful drinks ,what more could you ask for !? They have done a great job re- decorating,and expanding the kitchen, I think..I sure missed my sister in law’s picture On the wall looking at us from up above, dressed like a Leprechaun!In our hearts, Greta -Bennett-Carlson will always be with us,sitting at her place!!Check out this lovely,friendly neighborhood Pub!!

Tacos are amazing and they serve food till midnight… 4months ago I posted this review and have been coming back ever since. $10 at the door when you come 3 time maybe 4 a week and spend good money in a place only to be pre taxed out of money I’ve already decided to spend at your business. Lossy way to treat your regular patrons, won’t be back ever… Still wish them the best in their business endeavors!

I won’t be stopping in anytime soon. The strobe light in the window facing 3rd St was so bright and intense from the road it almost caused me to have a seizure. Hopefully it doesn’t trigger one for someone else causing an accident!
*Maybe after Halloween it will no longer be there and I can edit my review.
*I also understand not many people don’t realize/know/think about things like this!
••Just simply turning the light away from the street, (out of driver’s direct line of vision) would be a much safer idea!
