The centurion can make great tasting food. It’s relatively cheap too, but the building needs a lot of maintenance or interior remodeling.
You can tell it’s aging, and it looks like they took a residential home, knocked down some walls to make a big open room with some simple tables, but didn’t fix anything that was damaged in the process. It makes the whole experience feel off. It could be a great diner if they invested some time into some small detail repairs.
If you are looking for a good tasting lunch at a fair price and don’t mind an environment that looks like it’s in the middle of a remodeling, the Centurion is a great place to check out.
Smaller nice local restaurant with inexpensive options and good specials. Nice to see the waitress knows her locals well enough to care about their health when she recognizes an issue.
Stopped in for breakfast.
Excellent Western omelet.
Great coffee.
Great service, pleasant waitress.
Very competitive prices.
Stop and see them.
The salad was good as was the garlic toast.
The waitress was wonderful.
When we received our food I was impressed with how full the plate was. Now after a while would’ve been nice to have coffee topped off little more often to wash down my salty omelet. I believe it was the bacon, ham and sausage that made it salty plus I rarely use salt at home. My omlet was missing the onions and green peppers it was to have in it. I was very disappointed when I opened my toast to see they put margarine on it. When I asked if it was butter and found out they didn’t have butter in the restaurant that’s when I realized I wasn’t impressed and not sure if i will return.
Maybe dinners are better and service is quicker but not sure when I’ll make it back.
