The staff here at this location were exceptionally helpful to us as we came through the drive through. I was accompanied by 9 other people and they made a way to make sure we were not only helped but understood that being in uniform we could not get out of the car. It was fast , it was correct and they treated us with respect. Better than any other fast food spot we have experienced while in Key West. Great Staff great hospitality. 10/10

Food quality is great, and the place is clean besides the bathrooms. All gets thrown out the window by the unprofessional employees. Watched 2 orders go out that ordered before me before I realized my order was gone from the prep screen. I went to ask, and they just stared at me. Another few minutes go by before I have to yell. Then they realize the bag is right in front of them.

I don’t know why this popeyes is rated so low. We came here about 8pm on a Wednesday night and it was pretty empty. The dining room was decorated and so cute. Much better than my local Popeyes. I didn’t like that you can’t order in the store from a real person. Had to order from the kiosk or your app on your phone. From my experience, ordering on the app was easier to get your offers on the app. The in store kiosk was hard to get the special app deals. Chicken was fresh and pieces were huge. The staff was nice too. Was just lucky we found a Popeyes on Key West which made my daughter happy.

Disappointing service. My daughter wanted the Five Nights at Freddys meal. We were never told they were out of the cupcake and found out when we returned to our resort. Calls not answered. Felt cheated. We bought food and drinks for our family and spent over $60.

I have to give an update on this business. It’s gone from bad to worse. Look at the picture I posted and ask yourself if you would eat that…..and today I went to get some food at 1115, and they have no chicken when you are supposed to open at 1030.
(Update) even tho it took them forever to get the fish sandwich here at this location. I ordered it and got 3 chicken sandwiches in return, not to mention them putting French fries in bags smh…………….

Lovin’ that chicken from Popeyes! Ghost Pepper Chicken sandwich brought the heat! The chickens outside in the Popeyes’ parking lot have managed to avoid becoming an entree up to this point.
