Food is inconsistent. Fine 1 day the next with the same order lackluster. Half Chicken seems to have the same problem, overfried Dry stringy. I’ve asked to light fry to temp. But always the same Result. This is why I stopped ordering from my last Chinese Restaurant. I end up ordering 2 half chickens and I’m left with only a quarter of it being Edible. Delivery is very fast, but does not make up for waisting 3 Quarters of 2 Chickens. Wanton Soup is EXTREMELY Watered down to where it is unrecognizable as a Soup. At 45 dollars an Order,a Disabled Senior Citizen does not in any way feel good about throwing Chicken out and Seeing His Wonton Soup Circleing the porcelain Bowl as He yet again Has to Flush his 45 dollar Dinner. Again I’ll order one more time later this week but it’s THE LAST Chance to Correct this problem before I make other Arrangements for delivery.

GROSS. the place was mid clean looked dirty and had food sitting out in the back but the person who served us was decently friendly but the staple in the food was beyond me. not ordering here again would not recommend

Best in Kingston – the sauces! The flavors are amazing and you just taste the freshness too no day old fried wontons here! – the crab rangoons were crispy , full of flavor, with just the right amount of filling. I’m telling ya folks- this is THE SPOT to get your food from – super fast delivery / food was super hot – as if I was at the restaurant- portions are good size…. did I mention the sauces? Absolutely fantastic – my new go to for Chinese!! Whoever the chef is today? You deserve a Michelin star

Honestly this is some of the best Chinese in the area. I grew up on Long Island with high quality Chinese and find it very hard to find anything comparable near here. The chicken is great (most places it is rubbery). Food is consistently good. Fried rice has great flavor. The veggie dumplings are the best I’ve ever had with thick dough and a delicious dipping sauce. The woman at the counter is very nice and always smiling.

I ordered delivery from here for the first time. My usual go to spot is Wing Shui or Engs… The honey chicken was mushy and tasted more like orange/duck sauce, not honey. The chicken chop suey was extra slimey and barely any chicken. The chicken pieces that were in it, were half the size of my pinky nail. The sugar donuts were on point will not order again. The delivery guy was sweet though.

I got the beef and broccoli combo with fried rice and an egg roll. Everything was hot, delicious and reasonably priced. The lady at the counter was very friendly. Will be back again and definitely recommend.

I’ve been a customer of Great Wall’s since I was a child. My family and I relocated 45 minutes away and still once a month we do a large order on a monthly basis to bring home. I work for the sheriff’s office and we do large group orders on a regular basis not including those who order individually. Great Wall canceled my order twice this week simply because they don’t want to deliver to the jail. I also called on Saturday and they called back 15 minutes later claiming they had no driver all of a sudden after I was told only a 30 minute wait. I tried to order again today and again 10 minutes later we get a phone call stating that they simply aren’t delivering to us today! I’m sure it’s unpleasant delivery driver refusing to do so. The food is good (most days) but I’m not spending my money with a business who treats their life-long customers in this manner. They didn’t just lose me as a customer but they lost my co-workers, their families, and my family – of course. Good luck Great Wall! Thanks for treating the sheriff’s office this way during the holidays!
