This recently remodeled location is huge and has plenty of seating options but is still cozy. The staff is always great and really takes care of us. Great place to relax, read, study or meet friends.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. I ordered the oatmeal, but it was served almost completely dry because there wasn’t enough hot water to hydrate it. To make matters worse, it was missing key ingredients like the nuts.
The wait time was significantly longer than expected, largely because my server was being trained on the floor. While I understand everyone has to learn, it’s frustrating when training happens directly on paying customers, leading to avoidable mistakes and delays.
This experience highlights a major flaw in current American service culture: being prompted to tip before the service is even rendered. When you pay upfront and the service falls this far short of expectations, you’re left having tipped for a very poor experience. Between the long wait and the botched food, I won’t be rushing back to this location.

Atmosphere seems sterile and cold Barista that took my order wasn’t welcoming AT ALL and seemed annoyed she had to take orders for customers. Food came out great and the barista who gave it to me was super nice. Not my favorite Starbucks for sure.
Baristas at this location are rude and seem very uninterested in their job. There is no Starbucks experience in this store!

Visited 12/5/25 at 7:15 pm. This location is beautiful with lots of seating. However our order was a mess. We ordered a Caramel Brulee Latte and a Chai Latte w/almond milk. At first the barista said oops I put the stickers on the wrong cups. I could smell the chai and said to myself, no she got it right. Jumped in the car and drove off. We each took some sips and realized she put the almond milk in the Caramel Brulee and the regular milk, whip topping and caramel sprinkles on the Chai. Unfortunately, we were already in the car and drove away and had an appt to get to and could not go back. That was a waste of $10.40.

Best Starbucks I’ve been to in a while! For me, it’s the little stuff. I often take work into a coffee shop, and this one has the things that make it pleasant to me: wall outlets, seats with a back to them for good posture over longer periods of time, plastic straws, not exceedingly loud music, a friendly staff, and a clean environment! Some covered outdoor seating as well, and the weather in Bend often makes that a prime choice. Hope this review is helpful!
