Don’t eat here.. bad customer service… workers literally TRIED too KICK ME OUT and THREATENED too call the cops on me just cause I left a bad review. However I tried my best too stay professional and I let them know I wasn’t leaving and they can call the cops cause I didnt do anything wrong.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, and I especially try to be understanding because I’m a former server myself. I know how it gets when you’re busy or still learning the job.

That said, today around 11:30 AM on Thursday, I came in and there were no other customers. The employee behind the counter was clearly working on something, which I understand, so I gave her a moment. But I stood there for a while without any acknowledgment at all. No “I’ll be right with you,” no eye contact, nothing. It honestly felt awkward just standing there being ignored.

I only have a limited lunch break, and a simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Even just a quick “one moment” would have put me at ease. Instead, I remained unattended until another coworker came out, and only then was I told she’d be right with me. By that point, the damage was already done.

Customer service doesn’t mean rushing. It means acknowledging the customer. I get being busy, I get being new, but basic communication matters. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on coming back to this location. I guess it’s on me for trying Subway instead of my school cafeteria, where at least I’m acknowledged and served.

It is with much pleasure to leave this review, informing you that you have not one, but TWO very detail oriented employees who have not missed a single item on my orders every time for the last two months! From the American cheese(first item choice) to the Parmesan cheese(last item choice), your employees, Addie and Jackie do not miss when the order requires calculated, but yet scrumdiddlyumptious consistency. That is positively key for not just paying, but returning consumers like myself who can easily go to the next Subway on 855 M Street Suite 120 or 2011 Fresno Street Suite 100. On behalf of all your loyal patronage, your Subway is refined and your employees Addie and Jackie are distinguished employees.

I just got subway yesterday but… I’ve been coming to this subway since I firstly was pregnant and I’m still continuing to go to this subway now I’m 34 weeks and in my third trimester I’m due next month but they always make my sandwich the way I ask bc I’ve been picky my whole pregnancy and anytime I’ve communicated like the bacon needs to be extra toasted bc it has to be since I’m pregnant they are always understanding and very respectful they get so many people who come in disrespecting the staff just because they get told the rules and people get mad because certain rules are set out there like if you can’t respect the rules of this subway then don’t go I’ve heard and seen the staff get treated very disrespectful by some customers that go in there and I am a very regular customer I go In the 2 maybe 3 times a week and I always get the same sandwich and everytime it comes out just they way I ask and plus if I get the same sandwich at any other subway they charge me like $22 just for a BLT Footlong, Chips, and drink but if i go to this one it’s like $13 every single time I’m so grateful to have staff that understand and that are so respectful and I very familiar with the staff bc like i said I go in there 2 or 3 times a weeks thank you I appreciate the staffs time and effort that they putting there hardworking time.

This Subway was a convenient stop for a quick lunch on our way to the Sequoia National Forest. The store was busy with lunch orders, but it was well-staffed and we had our order taken immediately and the sandwiches quickly prepared. We ordered a foot long Subway Club and 6” grilled chicken. The bread was soft and fresh, the veggies were fresh and crisp, and the meats were on very good. The store was clean, modern and well-kept. The restrooms were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and did an excellent job. We were very happy with our meal here and would highly recommend this Subway to anyone in the area.

This is now my favorite subway location I got three of the 7.99 meal deals for Saturday and everything inside was fresh!!! The young lady behind the counter was very courteous the only thing was she was working alone and she looked overwhelmed but her customer service and preparation of my order did not waiver!!! I also enjoyed the fact that she added each ingredient with enough portion sizes to make the sandwich full without having to ask for a little more of this or that!! I’m a foodie to my heart and if it’s one thing I appreciate is food being made properly the first time with patience and with care. She even let me know that she was working alone so she would be doing one sandwich at a time that was fine with me as I wasn’t in a hurry I really enjoyed my experience here it actually picked up my spirits for the day I hope that the young lady behind the counter have a wonderful and blessed weekend!!!!

The sandwich make ask me what type of cheese but did not put it into my sandwich. I made the mistake of not adding any veggies. I am more familiar with with the Subways staff that asks the customers that question. So my rates are not consistent.

Love a little hole in the wall Subway once in awhile. This one has a hilarious pillar directly between you and the people making your sandwich, which I and my party thought was really funny in an endearing sort of way.

Extremely good food, friendly service and actually not too quiet. All good things.
