The manager decided she was gonna start yelling and screaming at the staff about there performance and the people were changing shifts and shes yelling at the ones that were getting off the clock to do this and that and it was pretty rude. And when the comment that she could’ve handled that different she stated that we could find another waffle house to go to if we didnt like it. Very unprofessional and those staff all did wonderful but seems overly worked and greatly unappreciated by there manager. All awhile she did nothing at all to help.

Living close to this location made it one of our “go to” spots late at night on our way home. Although the last 2 times we have been and ordered take out it has been burnt and the order has been wrong. Just not up to par at all. They used to have an amazing cook (Sarah) that cooked everything perfectly. Since she is no longer there the food quality has went down exponentially. We were regular customers but I don’t see us going back.

We ate at this Waffle House passing through going back to Columbia. Robert was our server and he was extemely kind and considerate. He took time to explain to us what we were ordering and never hesitated to get us anything we needed. We will definitely come back to this one again for that reason.

By far the cleanest and friendliest Waffle House that I’ve eaten breakfast in. The eggs were perfect, the service was great. On a side note, this Waffle House has a much larger seating area than most.
