I came in to pick up a birthday cake for my wife and there was many great ones to choose from! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. They have plenty of extra little treats as well so be sure to stop on in and pick something you like. They also sell birthday candles in case you need some and will write a message in a color of your choosing!

Make sure your fresh packed pint is actually packed. Today I was given two scoops in my pint which left a lot of empty space. Disappointed I didn’t get my money’s worth. This is the first time this has happened, was a new employee. I love their ice cream and love that they have good non dairy flavors. Just need to watch next time and make sure it’s filled completely.

Good ice cream, reasonable price. Would be nice if it was a little less though. $3 something for a single scoop is kinda pushing it for franchise ice cream. Few topping options, all around good.

Let me first say that we’ve never had any problems at this location. The employees are helpful, the inside is small but clean, and we’ve always had positive experiences. This was a really horrible experience with an employee named Itzel. We’d gone in with a BOGO ice cream cone that we’ve had before. The only limitations on the coupon is it excludes waffle cones and you cannot use it with any other coupons or offers. We showed the coupon to her when we first walked in and she said okay. We sampled some flavors, then asked if we got a double scoop do we still get the waffle cone for free. She thought about, then said yes she would do that. We both ordered double scoop waffle cones and went to the register. There she proceeds to charge us almost $9. So of course we asked about why it was so expensive when we’re have a BOGO coupon. She replied that the coupon is only good for BOGO scoop of ice cream so she has to charge us the remainder. We look at the coupon, show the coupon to her, no where does it say that it means buy one scoop get one scoop free. She refuses to honor what the coupon says. We asked why she didn’t clarify this when we were talking about the coupon at first. She just keeps saying that the coupon which SAYS BOGO, actually means BOGO scoop. We pay then sit down. We aren’t happy about the situation, we feel like she definitely lied and manipulated us. So we decide to ask for a refund. She refuses to give us a refund and says to call the manager who is on vacation. So we got the number and the employee’s name, Itzel and called. The manager directed her to give us a full refund, she give us $3 and change back. Needless to say we are calling corporate office to complain.
The issue here is that she refused to honor what the coupon says. And she also was leading us to believe that she would honor it as is. If she would’ve said up front that she should only honor BOGO 1 scoop ice cream cone, this review would not be happening. We probably would’ve stayed and each gotten one scoop. The issue is that she lied to us, refused to give us a receipt, refuse to give us a refund even when her manager said to.

This establishment in particular certainly loves to break hearts…. They haven’t stocked strawberry cheesecake in weeks!!! Haha! All jokes aside (kind of ) this place is great especially on a hot day or just after a long day! Great staff, very friendly and fun and never fails to put a smile on the customers face. Definitely have you grab a scoop any time I’m in town

I usually never have any problems at this place. Employees are usually nice and the food is usually legit. But today I had the worst service ever. Needless to say the lady did not get a tip for me because not only did she half ass my order but her attitude as well was rude and impatient and she talked to me like I was stupid. And I definitely did not get what you would think $20 would get you and establishment like this. She basically threw together our order because she saw other people coming in. And she was not busy at all we were the only customers up until that point. Disappointed genuinely, I will usually never go back to a place after an experience like this. Good thing that they make Baskin-Robbins in sell it at Walmart
