I recently moved her just to study at EIU for a couple years and wow in my 1.5yrs here I have probably come like 30 times. Their rolls are so incredibly delicious genuinely and their bento boxes MMM have my heart. Also the workers here and sooo sweet it is so convenient that they have a pick up window we just order ahead and bam super fast pick-up and the lady has even recognized me a few times it was a sign I was eating it too much Definitely gonna miss this place when I graduate but I lovee it!

The food and portions here were great, it’s a great place to grab to go food. We dined in and the music was extremely loud it was difficult to have a conversation. The prices seemed higher than I expected as well, we ended up spending more than if we would have went to a traditional hibachi restaurant. However, the chicken egg rolls were great and the sushi was fresh. I’d return to order to go.

We had our family dinner here for after graduation party. Ben – the owner was super kind to help setting up space for 10. Food was amazing, for Asian, the rice was cooked right, very fluffy and fragrant. We ordered different options of sushi like Caterpillar roll, EIU, Dragon roll etc and the Yummy noodles. Noted that the noodle is hibachi style, not soupy ramen. Surprisingly the portion was great for the price. I’d have to say best sushi in town! Highly recommend and definitely visit again next time in town!

Kind of hard to order for someone that doesn’t know what they want when they first walk in. But the staff is very friendly and is willing to assist every step of the way. I took my niece for her 17th birthday and she loved being able to watch them roll her sushi love this place for a easy special treat

This place is awesome. It is so so clean and tidy, and bright interior. Lots of cleanable menus as well as digitizing displayed specials with pictures. They have sushi, dishes, and EXCELLENT bubble tea drinks. I got a deep fried roll and a regular roll. The portions were VERY big. I never don’t finish 2 rolls, and I could only finish 1! Also, THE REGULAR ROLL WAS ROOM TEMP, not cold! I guess I’ve never realized this was a thing, but as soon as I tasted it I was so glad it was not cold. Service was very genuine and friendly.

Absolutely delicious food at a great value. When I go here it’s fabulous every time! The drinks are amazing as well. The sushi is fresh and the noodles and rice are fragrant. Best Asian food around!

It’s a hibachi place where they don’t cook the food in front of you. So, if you want the food without having to sit through the show, then this is a great place.

Seating is very limited. There is no wait staff. You order your food, wait, it’s delivered to you in to-go boxes, and, if there’s room in the dining area, you can sit down. Best bet is to call and order ahead.

I had the hibachi chicken and scallops. I liked it better than Fujiyama in Mattoon. However, I was not a fan of the spicy California roll.

It was ok. My daughter really liked the spicy crab onigiri so we’ll be back for that and I’m interested to try the tofu hibachi. They only have one vegan roll which is disappointing, but at least it’s an option.

Very disappointing at our last visit. We both ordered a sushi bowl. It was TINY like for an infant or something! We have been buying these for months. I mean, rice is like very cheap and I had like three teaspoons worth of rice in mine and with all the other ingredients, the bowl itself didnt even fill up half way for almost sixteen dollars! Woo Wee talk about rationing! I mean now a day everyone could use going on a diet but when you spend $16 you would at least think that you would get some food!!
