We went to get the sub but both employees took a break at the same time and asked us to come later. That was fine but after we came back, both the employees were working on the SAME sandwich and it took us forever to get our sandwiches. I had to repeat the instruction about adding all veggies a million times and adding veggies probably took 5

Seats was ripped, middle of the day store was just closed. waited the employee pulled up and took forever to do everything, food wasn’t bad service and atmosphere was. Tables also really sticky along with the ground. really unpleasant I do not recommend, I say go 15 minutes further, get everything done faster. Been waiting for around 45 minutes btw.

We arrived at 8 p.m., and there was no one at the counter. When we rang the bell, a very unfriendly employee came out and mumbled something about them being closed. She didn’t even come to the counter but just quickly peeked out from the back office. Even though they were supposed to be open for another 30 minutes, we didn’t get anything. Furthermore, it was freezing cold in the shop.

The woman server was rude and annoyed that we were there at 9am to order when she opened. She complained that she was not ready with cutting and preparing food. So apparently opening at 9am does not mean ready for business. We left without getting food because of her attitude.

Would give no stars if I could. Not a local but when we pulled up, the worker and another girl were sitting outside and the girl (with the worker) hit a meth pipe. We drove away before stepping out of the car.

Not sure what’s wrong with food chains in the US that kind service is so hard to come by? Genuinely rude employee who at least gave a generous serving of meat and cheese but these people really expect a tip afterwards?

Tonight was the second time I’ve ordered (and paid for) food online, only to get to the store and find a hand written note saying that they’d closed early. Both times this happened the employee was still there – but they ignored me as I tapped on the window and asked about my order. Subway Keauhou owes me close to $40 now.
It’s also been a normal occurrence for them to not even start making my online order until after I’ve already arrived to pick it up. I’ve been told “Oh sorry, I forgot” SEVERAL times – and even then, they’re in absolutely no rush to make the order. One guy was literally playing video games on his phone instead of making my order. I used to manage restaurants myself, so I know there is absolutely no excuse for any of this.
The service here is absolute trash and after I get my money refunded, I won’t come back again. I used to come at least once a week and never have any problems – but whoever is running it lately has ruined it. ..and they obviously don’t care because all the reviews here say the same thing.
I never leave restaurant reviews but this place infuriates me. They treat their customers like we’re an annoyance to them.

If you’re not a local cousin, don’t bother. Both angry employees are not happy to be there! Why are they working here?! Send them home and hire someone who will be glad to work here!!
They make you wait to even take your order while there a no customers and no orders.
After 10 minutes, an angry worker walks up to the counter and says nothing. No greeting? Nothing to say that they are ready to take an order, just an angry face not happy that a customer walked in!!
Go home!!
