I have been purchasing honey baked ham from years. From Ohio to Texas and my hams have always been good. This was a complete disappointment. There was no glaze on the ham and it was overcooked and dry. These hams are too expensive for this mess. I will NEVER purchase another ham from this location.

I ordered the club sandwich on a croissant with Swiss cheese. Instead I received wheat bread and cheddar cheese. The sandwich was “adult” sized with plenty of meat to fill you up. Overall it was just okay. The bread was a little dry and rough. The bacon was almost nonexistent. I suppose if it came the way I requested it, it would have been better.

I have never such bad organization. Those of us who prepaid and ordered were forced to wait triple the time of walk-ins for our orders. My aunt owns a franchise in Washington and this would never happen. Punished for being proactive. Horribly run and operated.

Why did you change your potato salad???? It looks like soup or poor gravy. I used to buy it once a month. It isn’t regular potato salad or German potato salad. It is awful!!!! Everything else from there is wonderful not the potato salad. Please change it back. I’ve never seen a recipe like that one!!!!

I’ve never had this place. Today my pregnancy craving was strong for the picture of the roasted turkey sandwich and potato salad. Mind you the sandwich is $15 bucks. It could’ve been good had I had fresh bread but the bread was clearly old and stale and dry killing the sandwich. First and last time, thank you for the expensive disappointment.
