clean restaurant and great service but the food is….5/10. I give it 5/10 because after eating my fourth bite of the rice and beans thinking to myself what is it about this that is making me sick to my stomach, I realized it’s because it tastes like they microwaved it just before bringing it out to me after leaving it in the refrigerator uncovered all night. Pozole is my favorite mexican food so at first it was piping hot, it wasn’t greasy, but after seeing them serve it with tomatoes which – to my limited knowledge is inauthentic but what do I know…. I was just completely over the meal. The food just entered the threshold of “okay” to bad. They do however give you a lot of meat in the pozole, they even threw in a rib. But for 4.8 stars I’m expecting to be amazed and it was just mediocre for me but! Hey, Southern Black american east indian jamaican transplant just giving my opinion on Mexican food so idk

The food was hella good and the hospitality was bomb too! We had fried fish tacos on handmade tortillas, guacamole, and super chicken quesadilla. The chips and salsa was free and we also had 2 Mexican cokes. All the food tasted fresh. Enjoyed this family business and Mauricio was hella cool. Said he now has a liquor license and they’re working on adult drinks. That’s what’s up!

Stopped for a late, impromptu lunch. I got the Fajidas Mariacos and my partner got the Combanacion Pirata. Portions were right for the price, food was salty for me, but also well seasoned. Fresh corn tortillas made onsite are hard to beat. The real star of the show the service, welcoming fresh out the gate and attentive the whole time.

Stopped in for a quick bite and the food was delicious and flavorful. Owner helped us we decided to try out the Seafood platter. I forgot the name but it had crab, shrimp, mussels, octopus, clams, chicken, and sausage across a bed of soupy rice. Great dish tastes like a Mexican seafood gumbo. The fresh tortillas were a great pair. Definitely worth a try the Canelo fight will be there and they’re also serving drinks, as well as Mother’s Day specials. Great customer service we will definitely be back.

We came here not knowing what to expect. It was our first time but our daughter was having a bday and wanted Mexican food. This restaurant had the best tasting homemade food we couldn’t find anywhere else. The staff was so warm and accommodating to our family and especially our kids. The chef himself and his wife even introduced themselves and were so welcoming. We definitely recommend this place for delicious home made tasting authentic Mexican dishes. And we will always always be coming back here. Thank you again Jose and to the staff. ❤️
