They need at least have one more person for the night staff & they also need to train their staff on customer service. I went in tonight to get food, patiently waited 35 minutes before I decided to leave. I was the next person up and the guy working there seemed stressed, which I don’t blame, he got at least 9 DoorDash ticket orders just in the time I was there, but not once did he acknowledge that I was standing there or say anything to us. I understand he was busy but at least saying “Hey, I’ll be right with you” would have been nice. At one point there were 5 of us waiting in line and one by one we started leaving. All he did was keep working on the DoorDash tickets, never took our orders. I’ve been there before during lunch time and never had a problem.

Sunday at 1:23 PM, December 15 young man at the shop did an excellent job making my sandwich attitude was exquisite. I left a very happy customer. I also tipped him well. I do recommend this location.

Ordered for a pick up online, provolone not available,that’s all good. I get it. Then received sloppy subs,called the store, no manager available, the young person that answered said try back in the morning. Thats when the manager will be in!
What happened to food quality and customer service. I know not to order from this location again!!

The worker wasn’t friendly at all! Don’t think he really wanted to be there. But what really matter was the sub he made was excellent. It had just the right amount dressing on it.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Ordered 4 chicken subs…. got home to see they were made extremely sloppy, didn’t have the toppings I asked for, and were soggy. Went in the next day for refund got told by an older lady she couldn’t do nothing proceeded to tell her I will be calling the 1-800 number then she states she would be able to get a manager. Manager stated he could only refund me for 1 sub. Really one sub?!? Then the older lady states she was sorry they weren’t made right there was only 2 people on shift… sad part is they weren’t busy when I ordered.

Subway is usually good no matter where you go. But on this occasion at this location, I think the girl was new or something because I asked for a spicy Italian with marinara and extra cheese and she only put five slices of pepperoni and five slices of salami on it. I tried to tell her that wasn’t right and she argued that it was, so for some reason I said thank you and paid for it and left. Have no idea why I did that. But other than that it’s just like any other Subway

I have been to this subway many times, and the food is ok. I would give it a 8 out of 10. The wait times in line can be a little long at times. The store could be kept cleaner which would be nice. I did dine in and spent around 10$. The prices have gotten more expensive.

Absolutely horrible experience. Complete apathy from the staff, and the app wouldn’t directly load the BOGO footlong deal so I didn’t even get the proper discount. Screaming children in the car and a father’s request for help were meet with dead eyes and small shrugs. I’m never going back again.
