Everything was great, but I have to give a shout out to the service AND the coleslaw. It’s not a typical coleslaw, but it’s so good! Like a BBQ version of kimchi! I can’t wait for the next time I’m in Casper just to order a gallon of it. All of the meat and mac and cheese was good too, but I’ll dream about that coleslaw…

This was our first time going to Macs Smokehouse, we were excited to try it as we’ve heard great things. We all ordered the Smoked Mac and cheese. Im sorry to say The service was terrible and the food left much to be desired. Our Server was much more interested in talking with the single gentleman sitting at the bartop the whole time then checking to ask how things were or if we needed anything. Food came out barely warm and upon notifying her as such she brought it back out maybe 4 minutes later at the same temperature and shredded cheese on top still not melted. combine this with no drink refills and having to wait 10 minutes and halfway through my water to get the lemon I ordered it with. I dont think ill be returning, Which is a shame cause it seems fairly reasonable and well priced for drinks. Aside from the temperature im sure the food would have been tasted great but I didn’t even eat it as it was near cold ill microwave it at home.

This was our first time visiting but it certainly won’t be our last. All the little things they do make this place special. From the preheated caddies with all the sauces to the homemade ranch dressing everything is excellent.
