My whole family got hot subs and when we received them they were all served cold. Steak and avocado and italian BMTs. The guy also put all 3 of my family’s subs in the toaster in which barely toasted them, every other subway we have been to they get toasted one at a time. We are subway people. We go to subways all over. The guy behind us in line also ripped the same guy a new one because he got bacon there previously and the employee didn’t cook the bacon. After briefly reading I see its under new ownership. I dont think we’ll be back.

Can’t even give any stars walked in to get a sandwich. Employee was outside smoke and came in to help us put gloves on and didn’t wash his hands prior to the gloves . Made me sick and walked out .

Took 30 minutes to get a sandwhich in a 4 person line. Do not stop here on a road trip. Workers also had headphones on the whole time and couldn’t hear when people were ordering.

Best Subway EVER! Sharon was our sandwich artist . We’ve never had a better sandwich than this subway . She was detailed and friendly and accommodating. Super clean store . We will be driving from Missoula to this location next time we crave subway. Ask for Sharon if she’s available. She’s the bomb !

Let me start by saying I understand there is a staffing shortage, especially in a small town. However, when only one of four employees is working, I call that poor management. The young man was polite and working hard, but had to excuse himself to use the restroom because none of the other 3 would come up front. When one of the employees finally came up front it was to work on on-line orders. There were several people in line waiting and had been for 20 minutes. When a customer asked why she wasn’t helping with the line, she got upset and went to the back. While we were waiting at least 10 people came in, saw the situation, and left. When one of our group called the manager she was told she could come and make her own sandwich. I believe in second chances, but this was our third time to this Subway and I promise it was our last. To top it off, as we were leaving we saw the manager out back yelling at the one and only employee that had been working. Shame on the management for allowing such poor service and professionalism.
