Zero stars. Avoid this subway location. 12$ for 3 pepperoni on a 6 inch. The staff dont even know the sandwitch recipies. The worst experience i have ever been at and there was no line for good reason. I will never come here again. Please Avoid this location.

Genuinely if I could give this place a zero star I would. Service was terrible and food was rotten and dry.
The meat and bread were dry. We asked for cucumbers and they were sour. Stay far away from this place.

I don’t know what her name is, but she’s a young Hispanic teenage girl who is employed here. She worked May 14th, and absolutely went above and beyond. My friend and I were being chased by a scary man on a motor scooter, harassing us and catcalling us. This sweet girl welcomed us into the store and allowed us to hide in the back when the man proceeded to follow us inside and bother us. She was so kind and helpful and made my friend a delicious sandwich afterwards. She is such a sweetheart and I am so glad she was there.

We place an online order and arrived at the designated time and the sandwhiches werent ready so we sat asside and waited for them to be made. The sandwhiches were barely toasted and were cold when we got them. The toppings were barely on the sandwhiches and there was barely any sauce was I asked for extra online. Since I saw it was light i asked for two sauces on the side and they filled them 1/4 of the way. When I asked for them to please be filled more the female making our sauces didn’t even look up and said with attitude “no”. It’s the absolute worst customer service I’ve gotten at a Subway. She wouldn’t look or acknowledge my husband or I and was rude and short when she did. We were going to this Subway because the other Subway’s toaster oven was broken (Fair Lane) but I’d rather toast the sandwhich at home than deal with this location again.

Went in got my kids food an they skipped my husband an I an servicd someone else, had to wait to order our food. The guy employee had (I guess you’d say no respect) wouldn’t look at us while talking, wouldn’t respond. Just kinda rude. Like the girls that work or worked there. Not sure if there still there.

People were nice, but I didn’t come just for the people. I came for lunch and the sandwich was a 3 out of 5, meat was good but bread was over proofed and had weird yeast taste and the veggies were not in good condition. My cucumbers were saggy and had holes and she missed my sauce and just overall didn’t have the same flavor as my neighboring subways. Seems like the produce may need some attention.

We have been going to this Subway for literally decades. We ordered two sandwiches online which came to $20 (they may be getting too pricey for a simple sandwich). When we picked up our order, the cashier was rude and treated us like we were bothering her by picking up ($20) sandwiches (she had perhaps a Russian accent). I ordered one of Subway’s new melt sandwiches. When I unpacked it at home – it had never been melted – it was stone cold with individual slices visible. We loved this place, we went several times a week. We ate at home most of last year. It seems like our favorite place to get a sandwich has gotten too expensive and the help is too rude.
