If I could give 0 stars I would. We stopped on 1.11.26 around 6. They were not busy. The 2 counter girls were not very happy to be there. No greeting, couldn’t answer basic questions about the drinks. Instead of speaking, we got shoulder shrugs and head nods. On top of that, I ordered a hot medium caramel macchiato and they gave me an iced… then had an attitude when making it correctly and refused to refund the 19 cent difference. If they had been pleasant I wouldn’t have cared about the overcharging. Still didn’t make the hot one correctly …

Every time I come here to get a dunkalatte, they fill it leaving an inch or more of room at the top. If I’m paying for a drink, I expect it to be full. This isn’t a one time thing, this happens every time. Disappointing.

This place is not located at the round about! It is attached to the Gas Pro in town. This is my first time here and google sent me to the round about. I called and the nice lady on the phone says this happens all the time and directed me to exactly where I needed to go. I ordered my food but forgot to order my coffee on the app, but the ladies rang me up and got my coffee out super quick. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the place is very clean and inviting! ☺️ I will be coming here again!

We ordered 2 large coffees with extra sugar and cream. The girl even let me know how 4 sugars and cream already come in it and I said yes I still want extra. So maybe it’s my age but when I get my coffee it’s iced!!!!! And thats not what i ordered. Original coffee comes HOT not COLD!! You questioned my choice on extra sugar and cream . i want my coffee, then bring out only 2 wrong drinks and the 2 food items but forgot frozen hot chocolate. This is the last time we will come her. This is the 4th time we’ve been there, and every time, they forget something in the bag or issue of some sort. I’ll be going to Taylor’s now on to get coffee it’s closer by a few miles, and my order is correct. If someone orders coffee and don’t say iced, then they mean HOT the way coffee was made to be!! Now I have a 22.95 order, and I have to throw it away. I told the girl who brought it out that we wanted HOT, sorry. She just stood there staring at me and said nothing and walked away. Yup, never again!! I’ll drink gas station coffee now on!! Thanks, but not thanks. Stuff is already ridiculous, and this is a treat for us that we can’t even enjoy!! CHECK 7816 5 ITEMS

When we got home we opened the bag of food and the sandwich was a big mess and the hashbrown bowl was less then half full and if there’s bacon we didn’t see it just way to much cheese!!! In a time when every penny counts we will not be going there ever again !! Now, 4 times we’ve had problems there, get people who really work for their check and are actually connected to what’s going on around them and want to give decent customer service.

Used to be a good spot to get a coffee. Last few months it has been pure crap. Hot coffees come cold and taste like pure milk. Food cold. Service is rude and act like your an inconvenience for interrupting their texting. I won’t be back.

There was no coustomer service you ordered urself then they just put all the orders on the counter didnt call numbers two customers ahead of me there orders was messed up one guy wasn’t told until after he waited for a while they didn’t have what he ordered anymore. They ran him in circles about it. Very unorganized. And it wasnt even busy and there was about 5 people working.

The ladies working this morning were amazing. I drive a semi, so stops are few. I’ve found out I’m allergic to wheat, which is difficult in itself.
I went in and asked if they could make me a wrap without the wrap. The lady was very accommodating. Got an egg, cheese, and bacon. She packaged it up, so I got to enjoy the cheese, too. Included a fork, just in case I didn’t want finger food.

This was the first time I had ever been to a donut place, and they told me they were out of donuts. I’m speaking for the dunkin’ donuts in Waynesboro, Georgia. They were able to scrape up 6 glazed.Doughnuts, the only raising I bought them because the kids were fussing about wanting donuts. God only knows how old they were.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Staff rude and have no communication or customer service skills. Manager Luca gets ran over by associates. Associates could not care less about their service or making the food or drinks you paid for. Did not receive refund even though I was missing my hash browns and coffee. Worst Dunkin experience ever
