Hello, I stopped by the Subway place (see location on receipt) early in the morning. I ordered the 6 inch sub, and the advertised price was $7.99. I was charged $9.99. I pointed out the sign with the price and asked why I’m being charged $2 more. They told me that corporate updated the prices. However, the advertised price was $7.99, and I asked to be charged the advertised price. The supervisor refused and got very angry and refused. No price was adjusted. This is poor customer service! Why was I charged a higher price when advertising clearly stated the price and I ordered that type of sub?

Hours reflect open until 10, we have stopped by twice in the last 4 days- once at 1pm, another at 7:45pm and while they have someone behind the counter, they state they are closed. Why have one in a 24 hour gas station if there aren’t reasonable hours with an explanation. Or, at least update Google.

Nate, he made a good sub but was quite a rude guy. I asked him to pack footlong sub separately while he started packing, but he totally ignored it. At first instance I thought he listened loud or whatever, I asked him 3-4 times, but no, he didn’t want to listen. Then, at the time of billing, I asked him to get packed separately. His reply was that it’s already packed now with some kind of childish attitude. And there was not even any other customer after me.

Timings shows to be closed at 10 PM. But the person working here refused to make it at 07:45 pm and asked me to come at 09:00 pm. At 9 Pm he refused again saying he is preparing for tomorrow. That’s not a good place to come to eat.

The guy working watched me walk up, and the guy behind me, while we waited patiently for him to make two other sandwiches. Chose not to say anything to us. Let us wait until he was done, then proceed to tell us after we waited the 10 min for the goober that was ordering before us to make up his mind what all he wanted, before telling us he’s going on break. That’s the last time I visit this Subway because every single time it’s something else. Normally it’s just a shitty attitude behind the counter. Today was just plain rude and inconsiderate. The moment I walked up he should have informed me he was taking a break after those sandwiches. Nope. Let us both wait till he’s done, like his time is the only time that matters.
