Single manual door ,center mount curb cut (between Dunkin & Jersey Mikes ) high chairs , kids menu ,WiFi , quiet laid back . Bathrooms with changing stations , no pandemic precautions . Wouldn’t think twice about bringing the grands ( my youngest can crush some donuts ) good place for coffee and working on device ( computer or phone )

The interior is relatively new and very clean The early morning staff was pleasant and friendly. There was a bit of a delay for my customer’s order, but their drive thru was very busy, and there were quite a few mobile orders as well

Expect to be disappointed if you order a coffee beverage without ice. They will only serve you premeasured amounts. Meaning that you’re beverage cup is half empty when you don’t include ice.

$14 on two matcha lattes with no ice they didn’t fill up the cup even half way Tiffany was the cashier and she laughed and said there’s less when we don’t add ice. I didn’t get ice because there isn’t much match added when there is ice. This is the reason I rather spend the extra money at Starbuck or any convenient store. Quality is so bad and customer service is even worse. I can’t put the survey in because the code isn’t valid and the store number isn’t valid to contact anyone on their website. Once the starbucks opens in Harborcreek I hope the dunkin closes. I’ve never had worse customer service in my life than today.

Never had a issue ever at this dunkin donuts ever till today. I ordered a large iced macchiato with less ice and this is what I got a 3/4 filled large cup that has a enough in there to fill a medium size cup and I paid for a large. I am very unhappy with this and will not go to that store anymore.

I love getting my coffee here on my way to work. The staff are friendly, and welcoming. The food comes quick, and your on your way. There is all sorts of food as well as sweets, and drinks. They make my decaf how I like it. It’s fresh and not pre-made. There is a drive- thru for easy access. There is plenty of parking and friendly smiles. I recommend picking up some breakfast or lunch you won’t be sorry.
