I drink a lot of coffee. The best coffee in the Brainerd area is not Caribou unfortunately, but THIS Caribou is the absolute best coffee you can get for an hour around that has a drive thru! The staff here is incredible, have been for all the years I’ve gone through their drive thru anyway. Coffee is always fresh, hand-crafted, and delicious; even when I don’t like something “new” I can appreciate the craft and quality. I’ve been a customer of Caribou for nearly 2 decades now and have had spotty consistency from location to location but THIS Caribou in particular is the crown jewel for the tiara Queen Caribou herself wears.
If you’re looking for a quick, quality, crafted coffee and you’re passing through town you should absolutely swing through the drive-thru on your way by. It will not disappoint. Unless you don’t like any of their offerings… You may be slightly disappointed then. But just talk with the staff for a couple seconds and they will absolutely change your mind with their service.

I was surprised to see the employee sitting on the ground as I walked in with her back to the door so I wasn’t sure if she heard me walk in or was busy on her phone. But after a good two seconds I said hello and she turned around and started to do her job- but made my tea wrong.. twice :/ I had to ask if she could redo it and she did which was nice but seemed bothered by my request. I got a green tea and there was just a splash of sparkling water so it was super concentrated. Just bothersome when your paying for that
