Man I came in on a Friday night and it was a nice vibe coming thru the door! The DJ had the music bumpin & the hookah was Hittin’! The owner was pretty cool & hospitable as well. Good vibes and positive energy for sure. The drinks were also on point! I like the improvements since the name change, the lounge looks more open and spacious!

I came in expecting a relaxing night out, but instead encountered a venue that seems more focused on personal drama than providing a quality experience.
• First red flag: the bar was understocked. Something as simple as a lemon drop couldn’t be made, which is a basic standard for most establishments claiming to offer a full bar.
• The food isn’t even made on-site, and it shows. Overly salty and aggressively seasoned, it tasted more like a rushed takeout order than something prepared with care.
• The space itself is cramped and lacks any visual appeal. Oddly enough, the storage area is inside the women’s bathroom—an uncomfortable and unprofessional setup that really says a lot about the overall priorities here.
• During my visit, the bar manager appeared visibly intoxicated and was openly gossiping about staff and ownership. To make matters worse, a personal altercation involving his mistress erupted in front of customers. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
• Management doesn’t set a better example. I overheard personal arguments between Mike and his partner while trying to enjoy my time—hard to ignore when it’s happening in a public setting.
• Honestly, the only bright spot was a young marketing professional who seemed to be the only one trying to bring structure and class to the place. I came to support her efforts, but it looks like she’s no longer there—and neither am I.

This is a nice cozy spot in the heart of Alpharetta, they have hookah and they have cigars if you can tolerate the smoke. If you’re a person that doesn’t smoke then I definitely wouldn’t recommend that you go to this cozy little bar. The drinks are on point the hookah was amazing, so basically what I’m getting at is I will definitely come back to this spot you know if somebody sends me an invite or for a large gathering. Now when it comes to ordering the food they have a little small menu the food on the menu is pretty good but they don’t make the food in house so I’m guessing they have a spot in the plaza where they make the food to order and sometimes depending on what you order it can take a good 15 to 20 minutes but once you get your food the food is on point and very good so check them out of here in the area

Highly recommend for good hookah and drinks!! Service is top notch. They have several screens to watch games and also serve good food. DJ is on point Friday and Saturday nights, sometimes they have a band too.

Truth Lounge is a great addition to the neighborhood. The place is chic & comfortable. The food is not your typical bar food, they have an extensive Cajun menu and everything we had was delicious. Special shout-out to the fried okra and shrimp. They have several hookah flavor options with quality hookahs and disposable hoses. They also allow cigars but do not sell them. Our server/bartender Raven gave us top notch service. Lastly, the owners were super nice & welcoming. Overall, this place will be my new hangout spot for a low key vibe.

This is my new favorite place to hang out and smoke hookah. The atmosphere was perfect. The waitresses were friendly, helpful, and attentive.
One of the waitresses recommended peach mint and it was absolutely delicious.
I have no reason to go anywhere else for hookah. If you’ve not been, you owe it to yourself to visit.

Nice setup! It was a little empty for a Saturday night. Staff was polite and attentive. Humidor is small but serviceable. Lots of tvs for every seat. Didn’t get a chance to taste wines due to a fully stocked bar. Will definitely return soon!
