They need a lesson on customer service. 2 ladies. Neither one had pleasant attitudes. I greeted them both and neither responded. The young lady working in the back came out, saw how long the line was and never assisted the older lady on the line. One customer was so frustrated, she left. It was not a pleasant experience.

This is the slowest and the hottest place to buy food… ..the lady is real nice but she is soooo slow. . The line picked up a little and the person at the back did not come out front to help. The ladies today. 9.10.25.. has the dirtiest nails… glad they use gloves

Clean, well lit, easily accessible, with friendly staff. I go in regularly enough so e of them know me by now, but all of the staff have been friendly and helpful. The food is good, I don’t think I have seen them run out of anything.

I had a chicken bacon ranch protein bowl. It was very good and the girls working were great! Just a really nice experience all around and they were so busy trying to make sure their customers got everything they needed. I’ll definitely be back to this subway soon!

Not ACCEPTING COUPONS AGAIN
My wife and I, went to your location with coupons for sandwiches, and was told they aren’t accepting them, two days before the expiration date on the coupons.
So in frustration, we drove to Columbia, to Jersey Mikes. It was worth the trip.
They make really good sandwiches. We got takeout, but it was from Jersey Mikes.

Can’t say too much bad about this location, only reason for the 4 stars is they never seem to be online so you can use the app to order and often you need cash to pay cause their system struggles especially when it’s rainy. But they are very nice and restaurant is clean.
