Decided to try this place out after hearing about it from a friend, we drove from Northridge to try it out. We got there around noon on a Saturday, the place was basically empty with plenty of parking available(the lot is shared with the Wendy’s next door). We ordered the Mr. Camarón special which included cooked shrimp, raw shrimp, octupus, and scallops. It had good flavor, some spice to it, but the lemon balanced it nicely. The shrimp, octupus, and scallops all tasted fresh as well. My wife ordered the ceviche de pescado and she was not too fond of it. She said it was bland and the fish tasted a bit off(she said not a fishy taste but more like a refrigerator taste). We also tried the empanadas de camarón, now seeing as I have traveled to nayarit many times since my wife’s family is from there, these empanadas were disappointing. They were jumbo empanadas, filled with lots of cheese, a decent amount of shrimp, but no real flavor to them. Tasted almost like a quesadilla de camarón, so those were a bust in my opinion. The portions were good for the prices though, and the staff was nice but didn’t really interact with customers. Overall good spot for mariscos, will be returning to try out their zarandeado.

Posssibly the best shrimp platter I have ever had. The breaded shrimp platter was extrmely delicious. Made to order. I got 1/2 of jumbo shrimp perfectly cooked and savory. A side of buttery fluffy rice, patatoes, and 2 pieces of toast. I could not stop eating it as I drove home. Cant wait to go back this weekend. 10/10 would recommend.

Seafood was beyond fresh and although there isn’t a bunch of stuff on the menu or that the place wasn’t crowded yet a bit barren.. this place ROCKS! Was going to another seafood place nearby when i saw this gem.. Oooh go there!!! Agua chiles were on point and the rice was delicious. I’m going back again this week.

I ordered for the first time here thru uber app. The food is nasty. No flavor. I can make a better ceviche myself. Campechana had no taste plain fishy flavor with warm water is what it tasted like. I would not waste my time money at this place. There are plenty of good mariscos restautants in the area this is not one of them.

I have to say this place was amazing! It tasted like I had amazing home made food! I got the shrimp skewers with pineapple, bacon, bell peppers and onion! Instead of potatoes I got chopped up cucumber and the rice was amazing. The price of the food is really amazing and the portions are huge! I can’t wait to come back!
