After speaking with the “Manager” on the phone, trying to place my order, when past orders were great but ultimately lacking the double toppings that were the same as single toppings…and having a card for a FREE 5 topping large pizza…his attitude was making me think otherwise about ordering from this location. Even with a free pizza we spend a lot of money here. Great quality, awesome I ingredients…but something sounded off with him…going to dominos, even though they’re sub par. I thought papa johns was above the rest…I guess not…

Just when there at the ordering online waiting in the car for almost 30 minutes and the pizza was still not ready. Had ordered the pizza at 11:50 and was still not ready by 12:40 after it said it was ready. I sent my son to get it inside the store and he was told that it wasn’t ready and we had to wait another 20 minutes until I decided to go in and when I saw that it was already there I decided I didn’t want it anymore, they didn’t offer anything or nothing and it just made me mad and I sit and Car for 30 minutes for pizza of a fast food restaurant

This place is terrible my garlic knots were covered in pizza sauce , did not bring my drink, wings were supposed to be boneless it was definitely bone in. I love papa John’s but this one in Versailles is an awful. Food looks like it’s just thrown together in a hurry as well. So sloppy! Shift leader tried to justify , but this has been a problem a few times. I will never order from them again.

Food is ALWAYS got a pile of Grease on top of the pizza! The pizza is never completely cut!! There is always something wrong with our order the past two times we ordered the cinnamon Pull-A-Part desert and it was hard as a rock nobody ate it!! When you call Papa John’s they never answer the phone it always goes to the call center!! We will not be eating Papa John’s until they’re under New Management and new employees!! The food is DISGUSTING!!

I recently ordered from Papa John’s in Versailles, KY, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. On 1/1/24, our order, including pizza, wings, and cheese sticks, was missing the extra marinara sauce we paid an additional $1.18 for. I contacted Dustin, who was initially helpful, assuring us a $10 discount on our next order.
However, when I called to place an order on 1/06/24 and Dustin was off, the store manager, Josh, refused to honor the promised $10 discount. Despite the inconvenience caused by their $1.18 mistake, I encountered unhelpful and inconsistent customer service from Josh. It’s disappointing when a simple request for missing sauce turns into a hassle and highlights the need for improved customer service consistency at this location.

Ordered delivery on two large pan pizzas. Thin as paper, the cheese one had almost no cheese and couldn’t find any sauce. Huge disappointment. Never bothered to try the meat pizza. Yuck.
