I’m thrilled to visit this cafe! There’s an atmosphere of coziness and warmth—the interior is stylish without being intrusive, perfect for both dinner with friends and a romantic evening. The paste here is just delicious. I ordered the chicken pasta, the perfect texture, the delicate sauce, and the rich flavor. The portions are generous and the ingredients are decidedly fresh. I also really liked the shrimp pasta: the sea dish was cooked neatly, nothing too much. Separately, I want to note the staff – polite, considerate, with a good sense of taste. I didn’t have to wait long for the dish.

This place called cheese wheel pasta & having watched watch various cooking shows, and the Jersey shore. The cheese wheel pasta experience looks amazing.
When we enter, this guy was putting on fresh shrimp on the skillet so we went with the shrimp cheese will pasta and it was delicious or dare I say divine
I will definitely make this one of the spots I go to whenever I am back down in the village area of Manhattan. Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of the finished product as the minute we opened the bag we dug in and started eating the cheese and the fettuccine was on point. Make sure to eat it all in one sitting do not waste it by reheating it.

Just six high seats at a bar. But the meatballs in cheese wheel pasta is truly better than most nice restaurants! Highly recommend! Where else can you get a good pasta dish and a drink for $16?!

Honestly didn’t expect to find a spot this good right next to Joe’s Pizza in New York! The cheese wheel pasta was unreal – creamy, cheesy and cooked perfectly right in front of me. You can literally taste the freshness. The place was super clean and cozy and the staff were so warm and friendly. They even surprised me with a free cold drink, which was such a nice touch – you don’t see that often anymore.
Definitely one of those places that makes you smile when you walk out.

It just opened 5 days ago and I know it’s going to blow up on social media. It’s right next to joes pizza and I’d take a bite of their pasta over Joe’s any day. Right price. Very friendly service, wish these guys the best!
