they never answer the phone. my online order always gets canceled and they are never working the hours the website says. this is getting ridiculous. this store needs a better owner! i would love to eat the food they have but every time i go to make a online order they are either closed or decline my order. come on now this store needs to be better.

It’s a quaint little shop on the main thoroughfare! It is located in a mini strip mall next to a grocery store, so it’s an ideal location! We’ve never been big fans of the Subway bread , so we don’t frequent their businesses at all! This time, it was good and worth the wait! The business filled up quickly working a short amount of time! The family enjoyed the meal and off we went! The business was clean, and the employees were extremely nice and helpful! I’d stop here again!

This place is underrated! I have never had a Subway made with such absolutely perfect ratios between the flavors! I will definitely be back. I did run into the problem mentioned a few times in these reviews, i.e., the server was not listening to what I said; but this was a minor inconvenience, especially with the delicious sandwich! If I could give this place a rating of zero I would! We just drove in from out of town and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. The customer service is non-existent. There were two young ladies running the counter and they were so unbelievably rude, especially the blond!!! Not a great first impression of your town and it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. If I hadn’t been so tired and hungry I would have walked out!

Very rude young girls, ESPECIALLY the short blonde… she had one air pod in (which is against food service rules, I should know cause I work in the industry. It’s VERY dangerous) I asked politely for my sandwich to be made WITHOUT cheese she then she proceeded to put cheese on it. I politely got her attention and said I asked for it without cheese and she said rudely “well I thought you said you want it with cheese” now why would I say I want a sandwich THAT ALREADY COMES WITH CHEESE to have cheese?!?!? Maybe you should get a better attitude and take out your AirPod and pay attention. The whole experience as soon as I walked in the door it was bad vibes and rude attitudes.

Been trying to get subway for weeks now and they always seem to be closed but now that I finally got it they didn’t listen to my order at all I made a online order and made it clear I didn’t want salami on my sandwich and to substitute it for turkey and they completely ignored it not to mention the sandwich I got for my wife wasn’t even on the right bread nor toasted like I asked how am I paying 40 bucks for this crap

I want to make known the Manager is very nice but she wasn’t there. They overcharged me and refused to make it right. The kid came to the register and said charge her for 2 I said I only ordered 1 , I only got 1 , he only made 1. Nobody would refund me.

Okay I never wanted to complain about this place or the kid (because who knows what he’s going through) but after tonight (4/09/19) I’ve had it. He never greets you and is never really friendly. The only person who is ever really enjoyable is the lady who works mornings. Anyway tonight I ordered a 12 inch turkey and ham. He was about to serve me clearly skimping me on the turkey (I have a picture I just can’t figure out how to post it) He was putting down the ham so he was obviously done with the turkey. I had to ask him to put more on. There was space for at least three more slices. Almost of my sub was bare. Seems that the reason he didn’t put more on was because he ran out and didn’t want to take 30 seconds to go to the back to get more. I truly cannot believe the laziness and how little he cared about my order. I’ve worked in the service industry all my life so I try not to complain but this really made me mad. He cannot be doing this to customers and charging them full price. Also every time I get him the price of my sub goes up. Maybe he needs more training.

Wonderful lady working here who made my sandwich just the way I wanted it. She was the only worker and at 11am there were over half a dozen people in line. There needed to be more workers to handle all of us. She did a great job, but some customers left due to the long wait. Out of her control. Management needs to have more people working to handle the customers or they will have more lost sales.
