I go here very often during my work week to get food before work, the mid day workers are top notch! Even after driving 20 minutes to work from there my food is always correct and fresh!

Tried to Order at speaker but due to landscaper blowing leaves in rain could not hear. Went to window Ordered and still had trouble hearing each other. The kid was very nice but entered wrong chicken sandwich meal. Realized while at second window said something but was dismissed. Went inside where people ignored me, even when I asked for manager. Then finally got manager and he wasn’t listening and argued until finally I had to use the meal number from menu twice before he agreed that they got it wrong. By then I had to leave as my fries were again cold and I needed to get back to work. Did not have time to wait again. And they never apologized at all.

I forgot that McDonald’s can actually taste delicious until I stopped in to this McDonald’s. The Roll was fresh , the burger cooked perfectly, the French fries were perfectly salted and the soda wasn’t flat.. cold and delicious. The store was very busy, but I didn’t wait in line. Very long. Employees were friendly. Definitely try this McDonald’s out.!

Worst experience ever! I have ordered through the kiosk for a dine in. I have collected the table top and waiting at the table! After sometime I noticed it’s already 15-20 minutes over but no food arrived yet! I went to the counter to see what was going on! Lady on the counter said I was calling your number and you didn’t respond! I said what about serving the order at the table, showing my table top! She keep saying something which I didn’t understand! How could you not know your own service procedures or you don’t look at the order?

So I had a girl rub the bottom of her foot and then try to get FF for me. I walked out and called corporate who never did anything. This time I caught a staff member using the “C” word.. and then the burger had raw meat..I had to throw it out. This was after a long day and nit having dinner..10 pm.. I threw it out and was not happy..

So I go for a hot fudge sundae and a guy says we’re not doing ice cream tonight oh gee thanks didn’t know we had certain days to do ice cream I order a happy meal it’s all wrong I asked I asked double fries and I get one fry and apple slices. The I check her cheese burger thats supposed to be only Ketchup and it has No Ketchup but onions and pickles. We tell the girl who seems like she doesn’t care about the trip or our order being wrong. They made it right bit I don’t know if I’ll go there for awhile. Oh and I called 7xs for a manager and I guess they couldn’t answer bc they had 3 cars in drive thru

Always an issue with the store, went through drive through they couldn’t figure out how to add an iced coffee and instead entered the drink as a coke then told me to tell them at the window. When I drove up and explained to them they escalated the situation like crazy essentially saying I was lying. I told them to verify with the person taking the orders which they refused to do. I asked to speak with a manager who was high out of his mind eyes very red and continued to argue with me. The workers here are incompetent, & rude. Also they got my order wrong as usual. So disappointed & should close down this location immediately.
