I’ve heard about this restaurant and how good it is. The egg roll with pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and collars was great, so was the desserts. Small town restaurant with great food and service. We will go back. Menu has a variety of options.

We had the Sunday lunch buffet on our way to company meeting. OMG it was so, so good. I’m going to schedule another business trip again to the area so I can try the menu. The owners greeted us and service was top notch. Loved the new place where they relocated. Lovely building, amazing inside and the owners and staff get it. It’s worth a little drive off I26 to get the good eats. I highly recommend!!!!

By far our favorite restaurant in all of Orangeburg and Calhoun county. It has quickly become our regular date place. The staff and owner are friendly, service is quick and you feel like more than a customer. Everything we’ve had has been amazing. Brisket tacos, carnitas tacos, the burger, the BBQ egg roll stuffed with pork, Mac & cheese and collards, the Mac n cheese, prime rib special and salad, chocolate chip cookie and cheese cake.. It’s all good and you won’t be disappointed. I don’t even like collards much and I can’t get enough of the egg rolls. Support local, support small business.

Well, accidentally went into someone’s historic house by mistake. Nice house, I’d have you know! The restaurant is the next door down; just follow the crowd. This place is St. Matthew’s secret. Very good flounder and the tuna tacos are absolutely tongue boggling delicious! Gourmet -Hawaiian themed. Small and cozy place so visit earlier in the evening.

Go!!! We had a wonderful meal. Everything was top notch and delious. Went with the brisket….tomato pie, collard greens, rice and hash….to die for. Even the marinated pickle and onions garnish was on point. A true hidden jewel in St Mathews.
