Does Mendham not know good bagels? This isn’t the first time we’ve had bagels here that were so hard on the outside it made them inedible. I don’t know how people can say these are fresh. It’s a shame because my kid loves the funfetti cream cheese, but when she can barely eat the thing is it really worth it anyway? For how affluent the area is you’d think they’d have the best of the best, apparently not.

If I could get half a star I would. You are a number here because they are busy. It’s great that they are so busy. However, it shouldn’t come at the expense of treating the customer poorly!! I asked Marlin for a new cup of coffee since I explained at the Register that I wanted my coffee light and sweet but they filled it dark to the brim. She took the cup and threw half the contents into the sink beside me splattering coffee all over the sink and the cup and handed the cup back to me in that same condition and said here. Now you can put creamer. I get it’s a coffee shop and I’m passing through and will likely never stop here again. Really poor customer service.

Bait and switch prices. I was kinda surprised to find out that the prices on the wall menu are not what you pay. They decided they wanted to raise prices but failed to tell any of their customers. I called this out to the cashier and he admitted it. Super disappointed because I want to support a small local business but can’t get behind deliberate mysterious charges getting added to my bill. Not an honest business practice. Do better

These bagels are truly one of a kind! The taste of just a simple toasted bagel with butter is to die for. The service is great and they are all so smiley and truly look like they love there job. The atmosphere looks like a traditional bagel store just feel a lot of extra love.

I don’t live that close to Mendham, but I go out of my way to visit this shop. You can tell their bagels are rolled fresh every morning. Usually on the larger side, and their everything bagel is drowned in seasoning which I like. The people here work hard and provide friendly service. Support your local business.
