Atmosphere was cold and not overly friendly, open, hard floor plan. Cool pics on the walls. Waiter was a nice enough guy, food was expensive and about average. The bad part was the 25% tip automatically included in my bill. There were just my husband and myself, some cheese sticks, soup, and shared fish & chips and waters. Crazy. I didn’t add an extra tip and we won’t be back simply due to the fact I would have double tipped if the $62 amount had not caused me to look closer at the bill. Not one word of it in print or mentioned by the waiter. Sneaky.

The food is only worth the convenience, and I would say over priced along with the drinks. $8.25 for a beer seems a bit over the top.

I am on a four night business trip, which always causes me trepidation as I have Celiac disease and am thus at risk due to 1) having every meal outside of my normal, known-safe routine, and 2) the potentially devastating results of getting gluten-dosed on a business trip.
I checked with the hostess at the desk of the restaurant and she said they don’t have a guten-free menu, but could accommodate a gluten-free request. Based on that I requested a table. When she then brought me a menu and I asked her to describe the options she had mentioned, she deferred saying she could not describe them, but the chef would come out and talk to me. Her reluctance gave me pause that perhaps I had made a bad choice, but I waited for the chef.
I am very glad I did! He came out, introduced himself (I’m sorry I didn’t make a point of catching his name), shook my hand, and said he would take care of me. He presented some options (he clearly knew what to look for in terms of gluten sources and cross-contamination), and we discussed my preferences. He was very personable and pleasant; we quickly arrived at a choice of one of his options – in short order he made a custom protein bowl for me, which he brought to my table himself. It was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone with a gluten allergy.

It is a casual place inside Doubletree Hilton. The chips and fish were good but the steak wasn’t well done as I requested. The drinks were good.

Nice place to visit for a meal.
I have food allergies and was able to speak to the chef about them and he prepared my meal for me.
The servers are great at their jobs and the manager Alex was very professional, and friendly.

We arrived at the restaurant and the hostess completely ignored us; she left us waiting for a long time. After realizing we weren’t going to be seated, we decided to sit at the bar. Service was slow, and the food took almost 30 minutes to arrive. The waitress brought us some wings and said she wouldn’t charge us for them due to the delay—but in the end, they were still included on the bill.
The worst part was that a cockroach crawled across the bar toward our food while we were eating. The waitress ran off when she saw it, but no one offered a proper apology or solution.
The food itself was nothing special—the taste was pretty average considering the high prices.
Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant.
