TLDR: Go somewhere else. The service is horrible and the prices are about 40-60/person depending on what you order. The food is good, but not worth the price.

Walked up at about 9pm, politely waited about 5 min trying to figure out if it was seat yourself or not and we were completely ignored. Flagged the bartender down and he said just grab a table, server would be with you. Sat down, waited 10 min, completely ignored again. Flagged down the waiter who I kid you not, made eye contact, gave me the shoulder shrugging motion, and gestured to the table he was at, and ignored us another 2-3min. I finally managed to get a menu from him. The waiter never took a drink order, and vanished for another 2-3 min. Then he walked over, dropped off water we didn’t ask for, did not speak a word, vanished again. My wife’s cup had someone else’s lipstick on it, and mine was full of water spots. Clearly washing dishes here means rinsing them only. At this point, we should have left, except it was almost 10pm with 40mph wind gusts and it was under 30 degrees outside, and we decided to just deal with the terrible service.

We finally managed to order food, and the waiter disappeared again. Never saw him again until food came out. My wife wanted one of the mixed drinks, so I had to wander over to the bar and order it because the waiter was still missing.

The food finally came out, my wife really liked the lemon chicken. I ordered the tortellini. My tortellini came out as rigatoni, so I flagged down the waiter again, and he tells me they ran out of tortellini. Would have been nice to know that, but he never told me and just told the kitchen to go for it. At least he apologized. I swapped to the lemon chicken as well. The food was solid. I wouldn’t say it was worth $40/plate, but it was good.

I was surprised the Margarita pizza was really good. Coming from NJ we are picky with our pizzas. My bf had a cheeseburger and I had the turkey club and we shared the pizza. This bar and grill is inside the hotel. Reservations are not needed. It was busy because we went during inauguration weekend on a Sunday. All else was closed nearby but they were obviously open. Good food, good service.

The burger was awful, it didn’t have any sauce and was composed of very few ingredients, the meat was burnt which made the whole burger taste like charcoal. The fries were fine and so was the pizza. The breakfasts here are really nice and offer a variety of choices (which is kind of to be expected for 33 bucks)

In the Hilton Inn hotel lobby, I was greeted by a very friendly host and presented with the specials right away (during menu browsing) in the hotel lobby area. I was then seated by the host quickly, and after he waited on me (unexpected but appreciated due to speed of service), he brought me a list of 8 local pubs/restaurants without prompting – excellent customer service! Very impressed – thanks John!

His recommendation of mint lamb chops were on point with flavor! I was very impressed to taste such a strong mint, which is exactly how I like my lamb – minty… but 3 of the lamb chops were a bit overcooked, while one of the four were undercooked. Minus one star from the inconsistency of cooking.

Their calamari was fairly well seasoned, but the best part was the shrimp and peppers – a lovely heat to them. The sauce is actually mustard base, which is an interesting flavor combination with the seafood. I wouldn’t have done the cheese, and it was a bit greasy.. I approve though – kudos for trying something new!

Their wine list was just enough for me. I enjoyed it, great Cabernet. Overall, definitely would recommend this place and will try again.

Great hotel dining experience. The staff was very attentive. I absolutely loved the meatloaf. The butternut squash ravioli had an explosion of flavor. The Margherita pizza tasted of fresh ingredients and was beautifully made.

We didn’t know whom to seat us but, once seated the service was excellent. I had the Rotisserie chicken breast . It was cook to perfection. Tender as a mother’s love. I loved that the mashed potatoes tasted as if just mashed. Delicious sauce and well steamed vegetables. Yummy all around. I paired with a fresh tasting chardonnay. Very nice atmosphere.

We were at DCA for a Sunday evening flight and it was cancelled. We arrived at this Hilton hotel around 9:30pm and were pretty tired so we decided to have dinner at this place. The kitchen was only open until 10:00pm. The server in the restaurant was a nice and friendly guy. We both ordered a chicken quesadilla and I also ordered a Caesar salad. The salad was ok but the chicken quesadilla was a very average one, I thought it would be better. We also each had a Solarium martini which had a Lychee liquor in it and was really good. The bill came to over $106.00. This meal was definitely not worth paying that price. Luckily my Hilton Diamond status covered $36.00 of that $106. We did not eat dinner at this place again the second night and if I stay at this Hilton again, I’ll only have drinks at this restaurant.

Two experiences with this restaurant during my stay at the Hilton. My first experience was wanting something sweet and purchasing a piece of cheesecake. The cheesecake came out to be $12. I was extremely disappointed by the size of the cheesecake. It was essentially like a slice of cheesecake you would get at a fast food restaurant.

Fast forward the next morning to breakfast. We received an $18 credit as a diamond member. The buffet was $30 total, plus tax, tip etc. The food was very underwhelming. The best part was the bacon. The rest was very mediocre.
