Honestly I would give zero stars, the two young ladies were extremely rude and quiet, had attitudes, tried to be polite to them but I couldn’t get over the fact they were completely empty and acting like we were a burden for ordering a sandwich. First girl was somewhat decent but got an attitude about the breads and us not understanding her because she was whispering, the only girl was extremely rude and short asking me “what do you want” and watching flies landing on our sandwiches for a few seconds and then shooing them away, didn’t feel welcomed, no smile or kind eye in sight, they just wanted us to leave and not coming back, so if you want a sub, hit up Subway in Dubuque!

It’s basically like any other subway but a bit more modern looking. This is a good place to go to if you have coupons but if you don’t its fine. I had coupons luckily. You can of course find cheaper food but if you want a quick bite this is the place to go. 4 Stars.

Thank you to the young staff today that made my wrap. It was delicious and made fresh. Glad to see young people with a work ethic. Hope you all get a raise! Will be back soon!

Ordered food online to be delivered and the bread was burnt and that’s blamed on door dash. Get told I can bring it back with and they can remake it what b.s. The girl on the phone wasn’t very nice and the manager wouldn’t even get on the phone. Won’t ever go to this Subway again!

The 3 employees spent more time arguing with each other about who was going to work that they weren’t paying attention to the few customers they did have! I got the sandwich for girl in front of me which was not at all what I ordered. I watched the employee put my toppings on correctly but somehow between there, wrapping them and checking out they got switched! There were only 4 customers there! Very unprofessional behavior for your workers. If I lived in Peosta, I would have gone back and gotten a correct order. Instead, I paid you $7 plus dollars for a sandwich I threw away!

If I could give zeros stars I would. Three employees, one taking her time fixing two sandwiches for an online order, one kid literally twiddling thumbs at the register and one guy moving bread around after putting our meat on bread while we stand there waiting for someone to finish fixing our sandwiches. After several minutes of watching the three of them essentially ignoring us as customers in the store, I walked out. If you can’t help customers in your store when there’s three employees and only one working (slower than molasses at that), lock the doors and only take online orders. Beyond ridiculous.

Stopped by on my way through town to get a fresh bite. Waited 15 minutes for the order in front of me which was 3 meatball subs. The crew didn’t seem prepared, pretty scattered. By my measure, 15 minutes is excessive. Then when I thought I was next, the crew started preparing an online order and laid out 3 or 4 placements for sub preps. I wasn’t prepared to wait another 15 minutes so I stepped out. I got a fresh slice of pizza at Casey’s in less than 3 minutes. I was really looking forward to sitting down and having a sub but my loss of time was frustrating.

I got a footlong cold cut sub (I thought that’s what I ordered). The sub was horrible, and the sauce they put on it was runny. I was shocked when I opened the sub. Most of the ingredients in the sub came out of it, and it was a runny mess, and I couldn’t eat it. I paid extra for more ingredients, and their were no extra ingredients.
I asked to wrap each 1/2 of the sub to be wrapped separately, and this was not done with the sub that was so awful. I haven’t checked the Tuna sub yet, but it should be okay. I love your tuna sub.
