Had made an order there a week in advance. Was quoted $7.99 for each. On my way over received a text that my order was ready. When I arrived it was $10.00 an order. Very unprofessional customer service. If you can text me to tell me it’s ready let me know you increased the price. And do not catch an attitude when your customers questions it. Will never go back here again and will spread the word.

Stoc up, what’s going on? I have been getting food here periodically for years and was always happy. A couple of days ago we ordered three sandwiches, the American Hoagie we ordered was a ham hoagie. I called and politely told them that they got the order wrong. They offered to make the right sandwich but that would have required a 20 minute drive each way and we needed to get back to work. Ok, fair enough, these things happen. Today we ordered three sandwiches, 2 were cheese steaks both with mayo one also with ketchup. No mayo and no ketchup. And we found the meat was overcooked and dry on both. Very disappointed. I know you can do better you used to.

Been forever since I was here last, so I figured to give them a try. Had trouble finding an updated menu online. So I went in-store to look at menu board. Went with an easy / basic order. I got a bacon cheesesteak and an order of cheese fries.
The sandwich was average. The cheese really wasn’t melted or incorporated in the sandwich. The cheese fries were a disappointment. The fries themselves were fine as a basic frie, but the cheese given was horrible. Cheese was not on the fries but in a small plastic container and cold. You couldn’t even pour it out on the fries.
When paying, I asked if they had any take out menus, which they didn’t. How you supposed to call in an order if can’t find an updated menu online and they don’t have takehome menus.
May try their breakfast again sometime soon and see if that’s still good or not. It’s been a long time since I had their breakfast items.
The place itself looked clean and stocked. Staff was friendly.
